前台服務人員真的很差，特別是店長，一副欠他八百萬似的，做事死板，要好評還那麼理直氣壯，其實老闆人還是蠻好的遇見過兩次很熱情友善，這次離店沒遇見老闆，我每次來都住他們家，包括其他人來都推薦了入住，這次前台做事不夠意思，我們是和YOFC有合作，來的比較頻繁，下次不會再住他們家了

酒店環境非常舒適，房間寬敞明亮，衞生乾淨整潔，客房大姐每天按時打掃衞生。很仔細前台小姐姐也很熱情，每次來都有賓至如歸的感覺。位置也很方便，周邊很多潛江本地特色小吃，就是吃小龍蝦沒有過季了，口味沒有那麼好。潛江本地菜也很好吃，尤其是早餐，各種柴魚麪，鱔魚麪味道不錯。

酒店位置非常方便，過來出差，去哪兒都近。房間很寬敞，衞生乾淨，房間裏面有空氣凈化器，可以除煙味辦公桌小枱燈晚上也很流暢在房間裏，辦公也很方便。洗衣房很給力，洗完直接烘乾。酒店服務也很好，前台小姐姐主動升級房型，也很禮貌熱情。房價親民，性價比高。
