Siamo arrivati il giorno 14 Agosta avevo prenotato una camera con balcone vista piscina pagando in più a posta e non mi è stata data. Il giorno dopo ci siamo andati a lamentare e ci hanno spostato non quella che io avevo selezionato ma fa niente. Va bene lo stesso, La camera nulla da dire aria condizionata funziona frigorifero funziona, quando chiedi di pulirtela però non è detto che venano la mattina. Potrebbero arrivare anche il pomeriggio fino alle 16 e tra parentesi i pavimenti non li puliscono mai. Il resto non mi sono messa a fare ispezioni, quindi non posso dirlo. Animazione si può dire quasi assente. Parlando con altri ospiti hanno detto che prima c'era da quando è andato via Francesco e Carlotta. Purtroppo non c'è più nulla se non acquagym e baby dance punto Piscine 2 pulite niente da dire, forse l'unica cosa positiva Reception ti aiutano a fare qualsiasi cosa questione soldi questione escursioni anche lì nulla da dire Ma il cibo e la mensa dobbiamo metterci una pietra sopra cibo sempre lo stesso per i primi 5 giorni finché non ci siamo lamentati più persone, acqua, fredda e oro e qualsiasi cosa tu voglia acqua fredda una bottiglia di coca-cola. Un asciugamano in più devi dare la mancia allora lì si mettono anche in ginocchio e tra parentesi noi chiedevamo soltanto una bottiglia di acqua fredda. Nulla di così eclatante E specifico che avevamo il braccialetto all inclusive

Soggiorno con mia moglie ad agosto 2025. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo con particolare attenzione alle esigenze del cliente. Bella la piscina principale e ottimo controllo da parte dei bagnini. Ottimo il gruppo degli animatori che sono molto cordiali, simpatici e disponibili. In complesso consiglio la vacanza in questo resort

The hotel provided a wonderful holiday experience that was available at a reasonable price. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and made our stay enjoyable. La struttura nn è male nel complesso. Le foto del sito nn corrispondono alla realtà. Vedi la palestra Piccolo esempio. I servizi sono scarsi. Le camere ni. Il bagno piccolo e la doccia si allaga subito . Ho chiesto tre volte il cuscino...poi finalmente arrivato. La bottiglia dell acqua 2 al giorno ne chiedi una in più nn te la danno. Animazione ottima e molto gentili gli animatori..promossi a pieni voti. Il resto scadente.
