I had in issue with check in process , the guy at the reception told me that my reservation is for European people with discount of 20% . So he asked to pay the difference I reject to pay any extra piece other than the total in my reservation. The check in took from me 1 hour I would not recommend this resort and I probably won’t come back to this resort ever

Лучший отель! Вкусная еда, напитки. Есть разные виды ресторанов, включая ресторан с морепродуктами. Шикарный центральный бассейн (тёплый и с волнами, заход как в море ) Хорошие, приличные(не старые) номера, приветливый и дружелюбный персонал! Большая территория, много взрослых и детских горок. Горки для взрослых очень классные, особенно большая зеленая. Детские горки тоже хорошие, разнообразные и с теплым бассейном. Также хочу отметить аниматоров(Алина,Polo, Antonio) которые работают в данном отеле, очень веселые, харизматичные, по утрам танцы/зарядки в бассейне проводят, после обеда тоже различные развлечения(волейбол, йога), по вечерам мероприятия, концерты, в общем с ними не заскучаешь. Всегда везде зовут учавствовать, играть, также можно пообщаться просто на различные темы, все рассказывают, объясняют и помогают! Вы супер!!! Без вас отдых был бы поскучнее. Очень странно , что отель оценен на 4*, я бы поставила все 5*, по сравнению с альбатрос аквапарк, который 5* Хотела бы вернуться туда еще раз) Огромное спасибо!!!

Отдавали в этом отеле семьей, все очень понравилось! Горки супер( немного прохладная вода, но эмоции важнее))) красивый отель, хорошее расположение, рядом Наама бей, популярное кафе фарша и еще много всего! Анимация хорошая, даже поучаствовал в мистер отель! Еда тоже, персонал молодцы!

Были в отели в конце января.Отель очень понравился. Территория большая,ухоженная. Ребёнок остался под полным впечатлением от горок. Конечно, же анимация на высшем уровне. Как и нам взрослым,так и ребёнку все очень понравилось. Номера чистые,каждый день делается уборка. Из еды много разнообразия. Выбирали отель,чтобы бухта была безветренная. Еще вернемся в этот отель обязательно. Рекомендую 👍 👍👍

Были в отеле в январе 2025 года семьей с двумя детьми! Отель замечательный,очень уютный,территория ухоженная,номер стандарт но комфортный,питание отличное! Порадовали детские бассейны с подогревом, целых 17 горок аквапарка для взрослых на любой вкус! Очень приветливый и доброжелательный персонал,отдельное спасибо аниматорам,которые целый день радуют детей и проводят веселые мероприятия! Для взрослых тоже проводятся йоги,зарядки,аквааэробика,танцы,было очень интересно и здорово! Можно было пользоваться территорией соседнего отеля 5 звезд,но наш отель нам понравился гораздо больше,он для нас показался уютнее и живописное! Спасибо большое за отличный отдых,обязательно будем рекомендовать этот отель знакомым и друзьям! Пляж тоже очень порадовал,находится не далеко от отеля, песчаный,вход в море пологий без камней и больших кораллов! Начиная прямо от берега плавают красивые рыбки,обязательно берите с собой маски, зрелище невероятное!!! Вода чистейшая,бирюзового цвета! На пляже можно вкусно покушать,выпить прохладительные напитки! В общем сервис на уровне!

Bizarre! Fun!
This is one of the most bizarre stay experiences I have ever had. It's like Disneyland. I stayed solo just two nights on my way to the airport. Crazy place! Totally fun
