What can I say? My experience with this hotel in Sharm has been fabulous from start to finish 🙌🏻 All the staff have been exceptional and very accommodating, the rooms are very spacious and clean. The room cleaners are amazing. They are so friendly and make up your room everyday with towel art and fruit platters. They will take your laundry to laundrette for you. Nothing is a problem. The hotel manager Mr Ahmed is one of the most helpful and nicest people I have ever met. We have a child with a liver condition who unfortunately fell ill on this trip and when I tell you I’ve never felt so safe with healthcare away from home I mean it! Dr Mohammed Tarek and his colleague Osama were so caring and friendly and just wanted to help our baby so quickly and patiently. They both had the most respectful and calm bedside manner and went above and beyond for us at 2am in the morning. I kept apologising but they reassured me that is was absolutely fine whilst smiling and making my baby smile and laugh. This to see as a parent is the most reassuring thing. Money was not even discussed the priority was my daughter and after we left the clinic explaining we would come tomorrow and pay the bill etc the hotel manager insisted it was for free. When I say these people would not accept a penny I sincerely mean it. The most kind and honest people with good intentions and hearts. And the next day my daughter was a lot better which allowed us to enjoy the rest of our holiday with no stress. The reception staff were so accommodating and friendly, the restaurant staff are fabulous. The spa is out of this world! You want to feel refreshed and relaxed on your holiday you must visit the spa I bought a massage package and a facial and the price was so good. I’ve paid a lot more is other sharm hotels. The food is good a lot of choice for everyone. Life guards on the pools, snack bars for during the day serving burgers pizzas chicken nuggets pasta and salad. The bar staff could not do more for you. All staff so friendly and smiling all the time. The photography team featuring Coco the parrot AMAZING and so reasonable priced if you want photos. The entertainment team are great lots of things to see on a night after dinner, shows, dancing fire breathing etc. warm and cold pools, the number of water slides? I mean I lost count there was that many. The whole place is definitely up there with the best place you can stay in Sharm.
