Pickalbatros Aqua Blu Sharm El Sheikh

I had in issue with check in process , the guy at the reception told me that my reservation is for European people with discount of 20% . So he asked to pay the difference I reject to pay any extra piece other than the total in my reservation. The check in took from me 1 hour I would not recommend this resort and I probably won’t come back to this resort ever

It was so amazing hotel with lots of amazing aqua Park and restaurants breakfast was so amazing I love eat in it was lot of choice n so tasty food was amazing I love it n lifeguard super good.all staff was good room so good .view fantastic reception so good bar n drinks super I love all special lifeguard smiles and treatments was amazing

10/10 - We had the absolute pleasure of meeting "Pao lo" during our recent visit to Aqua Blu Sharm, and I can't say enough great things about him! He had such great energy, very funny, always smiling and caring in one. He knew how to connect with the kids, making sure they were all having fun. He knew how to make everyone laugh, including us adults. You can tell he loves what he does as it shows in his work and personality. -Five stars all the way! All of the other animation team were wonderful and motivational, every day making it interesting and fun and smiles all around. 10/10 for the best bar staff member Ahmed. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly kind, caring, and respectful , always going above and beyond to make sure we were happy and well looked after. Always smiling throughout his full shift from morning to night. He was so sweet and kind he was with my nephew interacting with him every time he saw him trying to make him laugh. It meant so much to see someone take such thoughtful care, not just of us as guests, but as a family. He definitely loves his job and spreads joy around people while doing it. Definitely 5 stars for him. Finally the Management of the Animation team “ Abdo” was absolutely amazing at what he does. He is very talented, speaking three languages fluently and effortlessly engaging with the audience. His energy, sense of humour, and genuine charisma brought enjoyment and fun atmosphere to every event. Whether hosting entertainment or interacting , he made everyone feel involved and ensured the experience was memorable , when he wasn’t around, the difference in energy was noticeable , showing the positive impact he had. From his witty jokes and impressive dance moves. It was clear he truly loves what he does. Thank you so much to all Aqua Blu Sharm staff, it was definitely the best holiday i have been on so far.
