Environment and Location: The hotel offers a calm and relaxing environment with a beautiful pool view and spacious rooms. There's easy access to nearby shops and a lovely outside café/juice bar for evening relaxation.

The staff is nice but except for the reception staff you can barely communicate in English with the rest of the stuff without using a phone. I stayed for 10 nights. My first day experience was not a happy one! I had a good conversation with the manager and told him my thoughts about the hotels standard. Unfortunately nothing changed :( There is so much I could write about this place that is so far from 4 stars. I will instead write if you stayed at 4 stars hotel before, this is a week 3. If you like cocktails, variations when it gets to food/Drinks, things to do at the hotel, I Don’t recommend this place at all! Drinks were a joke. If your used to fresh rooms, where things works inside, for me this was not the place. If you like to walk to the beach, not possible here. 10-12 min free bus ride. Diving trip was great tho! If you like high music 10-17 , a nice pool, go to the gym between 13-17, ok with lower standard this place gives you that. And if you like sports, there is a nice sport bar just 50 m outside the hotell. But I don’t recommend you this place. If you can Pay up a little go somewhere else and enjoy your holiday.

This hotel is so good the entertainment is perfect everyday something new full energy the quality of the food is good the staff are nice the swimming pool is perfect i liked the aqua park the drinks here are good thx to mr.ahmed
