This is going to be a long review but I think it’s going to help many people. We arrived on the 25th September but our flight was delayed a few hours and we didn’t arrive until 11pm. The hotel had already put on a late dinner for us which was so lovely of them. The reception staff were fantastic and checked us in really quickly and took all our luggage up to our room. The room was good, lovely and clean and very big. We had a family room with a massive balcony. Room number 5117. We went to breakfast in the Indian restaurant as we had read bad reviews about the main restaurant. The staff in there were lush. For lunch we went to the main restaurant and it was amazing! The food was nice and something for everyone. We went to the main restaurant everyday. Believe me I am fussy with food and so are my 2 children but every day we found something to eat and it was delicious. This is the best all inclusive hotel we have been to and we have been to many! I’m not sure why people complain about the restaurant. We have been so well looked after and the staff in the restaurant we cannot fault at all. They work super long hours yet still have a smile on their face and they cannot do enough for you. We will miss them all so much. Yes it can get busy but what do you expect? We found going a tad later then when it first opens is ideal. Be patient and kind to others and they will be the same to you. We did have an issue a few days in with a guest who was taking videos of my 16 year old as she was walking around the restaurant which really upset her. We reported this to the manager of the hotel. Mina. He was fantastic and dealt with it straight away and spoke to the guest and warned him this was not acceptable. They made sure that my daughter felt safe and he even gave us his personal phone number and said if we have any issues at all to call him and he will help us. ( the guest went home a few days later ) We also had an issue with a taxi driver whilst using InDrive who agreed the price and then half way to the destination he changed the price and I said no you already agreed a price. He got quite angry with us and tried to pull over on the side of the carriage way and make myself,my partner and my children get out in which we refused. He then speed to the hotel and told us to get out. We spoke to the manager and he called the taxi driver and told him what he done was not acceptable and he will call the police if it happens again . The taxi man offered to come back and get us and take us to where we wanted for the price that was agreed before but it had put us off so much we didn’t bother. ( the taxi is not linked at all to the hotel we booked him through InDrive) The way in which this hotel has looked after us as a family has been amazing. I cannot recommend it enough! Mosquitoes- yes they are here and my daughter was bitten a lot along with my partner and we all took every precaution we could and even had plug-ins. I’m afraid that no matter what yo

I stayed at Charmillion Club Aqua Park with my son and had such a wonderful holiday, thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond every single day. First, I want to thank the restaurant team. Ahmed, the restaurant manager, was outstanding – so professional, welcoming, and attentive. He made us feel valued and comfortable every single day. Moaz, the chef, was always smiling and so helpful, a real credit to the hotel. A. Rezak brought amazing energy and positivity to every meal, always full of life and happiness. Mohammed was also incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The food itself was excellent with so many choices that suited everyone – every meal felt fresh and enjoyable, and the variety made dining a real highlight of our stay. And last but certainly not least, Melad, at the outside restaurant bar, was fantastic – always checking in with us, making sure we were okay, and treating us with genuine care. All of these staff members turned a good holiday into an unforgettable one. Without them, it simply wouldn’t have been the same. I can’t thank them enough and will definitely return – highly recommend this hotel! أقمتُ في منتجع شارميليون كلوب أكوا بارك مع ابني، وقضيتُ عطلةً رائعةً للغاية، بفضل طاقم العمل الرائع الذي بذل قصارى جهده كل يوم. أولاً، أودُّ أن أشكر فريق المطعم. أحمد، مدير المطعم، كان رائعًا - محترفًا للغاية، مُرحِّبًا، ومنتبهًا. جعلنا نشعر بالتقدير والراحة كل يوم. معاذ، الشيف، كان دائمًا مبتسمًا ومتعاونًا للغاية، وهذا يُضفي نكهةً حقيقيةً على الفندق. أ. رزق أضفى طاقةً وإيجابيةً مذهلةً على كل وجبة، مليئةً بالحياة والسعادة. محمد كان أيضًا في غاية اللطف والمساعدة، وحرص دائمًا على توفير كل ما نحتاجه. كان الطعام بحد ذاته ممتازًا، مع خياراتٍ متعددة تناسب الجميع - كل وجبة كانت طازجة وممتعة، وجعل التنوع في الطعام من أبرز ما يميز إقامتنا. وأخيرًا وليس آخرًا، ميلاد، في بار المطعم الخارجي، كان رائعًا - كان دائمًا يطمئن علينا، ويتأكد من أننا بخير، ويعاملنا بعنايةٍ فائقة. جميع هؤلاء الموظفين حوّلوا عطلتنا الجيدة إلى عطلةٍ لا تُنسى. لولاهم، لما كانت هذه العطلة كما هي. لا أستطيع أن أشكرهم بما فيه الكفاية وسأعود بالتأكيد - أوصي بشدة بهذا الفندق!
