Hotel good over-all, however would benefit from upgrading in the G Block in which we stayed, bathrooms must be 40 years old... hotel is immaculately clean so 5 stars regarding that. swimming pool staff at quiet side excellent and outside terrace bar staff at night phenomenal especially Muhammed at bar (apologies if I have spelled name wrong). pizza/pasta restaurant excellent as ate the staff. Hotel should utilise the beach more for activities rather than lose custom to external rep excursions (you are losing potential revenue here regency plaza).Hotel shops are complete rip off and full of fake goods unfortunately. management dealt with all issues immediately good over-all stay. thank you. July 2025

Resort da rivedere, in quanto abbiamo mangiato poco e male se non nei ristoranti alla carta (nel quale puoi andare una volta sola. L’animazione per quanto fosse minima ha dei buoni animatori, molto simpatici. Nota più che positiva per mio fratello Ali, colui che ci faceva la stanza. Ragazzo molto simpatico, volenteroso e paziente.
