We stayed at Parrotel Aqua Park and were very satisfied! The grounds are large, green, and well-maintained. The water park was excellent—our kids enjoyed it every day. The beach with its coral reef is a perfect spot for snorkeling. The food was tasty and varied, especially with lots of fresh vegetables and fruits. The room was cleaned regularly and kept tidy. The Wi-Fi in the lobby worked reliably, and the air conditioning in the room functioned well. But most of all, we want to thank waiter Mohamed Tharwat. He is truly a professional—always greeted us with a sincere smile, remembered our preferences, and was attentive and polite. He created a wonderful atmosphere during every meal. It’s people like him who make a hotel truly welcoming and warm. Many thanks to the entire Parrotel team for excellent service! We will gladly come back again.

Unfortunately housekeeping here is bad-tempered destroys things and denies things so as not to bear responsibility for their mistakes Everyone throws blame at the other!! and in the end they deny their actions.... He ruined my brand-name shoes ..I went to the reception many times to complain and no one did anything It seems like a joke to them !

Всё понравилосьсоветую 200% в этот отель съездить, мы были в июне 2024 года 3 взрослых и 3 детей, каждый день анимация, вечером дискотека, с детьми развлечения по точнно, аниматоры супер все, моя дочка до сих пор в восторге от отдыха, море супер рыбки плавают, экскурсии тоже супер цены приемлемы, все вежливые, вообщем очень очень довольны отдыхом, отель супер советую если ещё и с детками то они будут в восторге!!!

Всем привет, отель, действительно, очень хороший, персонал очень старается. Перед заездом списалась с Мохамедом Гамаль, поэтому по приезду нам дали абсолютно бесплатно двухкомнатный семейный номер , огромное ему за это спасибо. В данном отеле отдыхали второй раз, первый раз в декабре 2024, во второй раз в начале мая 2025, к сезону отель очень сильно изменился в лучшую сторону, добавили много кофемашин, открылся бар на пляже, появилась анимация и было шикарное огненное шоу на воде. По еде- в декабре кушали крабов , в мае - не подавали ни разу. Еда, вкусная, всего очень много , кухня всех стран ( паста с тремя начинками), картошка , рис, говядина, утка, курица, на гриле каждый день готовили что- то разное, овощи, салаты, фрукты- дыня, финики, персики, яблоки, гуава. Десерт нам особенно понравился штрудель с шоколадом. Алкоголь местный. В какой то день в номере появились комары, мучались 3 дня, потом обратились к администрации, пришли - обработали номер- потом не появлялись. Если не обращать внимание на некоторый нюансы, как уборка и наличие стаканов в баре( во второй брали свои), то отель просто отличный , расположение шикарное, близко а аэропорту, к пляжу идти не долго и ездит маленький автобус, дорога прямая, только одна лестница , но если идти к пляжу через соседний отель, то вполне комфортно еще и любуешься всем красотами моря и бассейнов. Риф хороший , но на пирсе собирается очень много народу, так как им пользуются отдыхающие 4 отелей, поэтому, когда спускаетесь - прячьте свои тапочки , у дочки украли новые Сланцы. Экскурсиб брали 5 в 1- сафари на квадроциклах, катание на верблюдах, каньоны, обед с бедуинами, в агентстве , возле отеля, 90 $ за 4 человек, торгуйтесь. Также ездили в старый город, на площадь Сохо, такси 2-3$ в одну сторону, посетили кафе Basita , по типу кафе Фарша, тоже с огоньками и ехать не далеко, без очередей , красивый вид на море , особенно вечером . В целом, Нам все очень понравилось, думаю, что еще вернемся
