First of all on arrival we was greeted and upgraded which is always a bonus. From start to finish every member of staff was amazing. The rooms are clean and kept well. Pool areas are maintained well and constantly cleaning them throughout the day. Restaurant is a little smaller then expected but always found something to eat. I done a feedback sheet whilst there after a week and I mean within 2 hours everything I gave feedback on was upgraded or rectified. The manager of the hotel is absolutely amazing always makes time for his guests and goes above and beyond if you need anything. I have made some amazing friends and have already re booked this hotel for May. But mostly yousef the pool barman is amazing and become a very good friend. He honestly works so hard and does everything to make sure all the guests are happy. He honestly made our holiday even more enjoyable. He also speaks very good English and other languages which makes it a lot easier. He is a credit to this hotel. Both lifeguards kareem and aymen are amazing too. Can not wait to return in may.

Very nice, clean, fun, amazing collection of drinks! The Valentine’s Day decorations were also extremely cute and the beach is lovely! The service was the best about the trip (along with the sun and unlimited alcohol ofc) everyone was great, special mention for Yousef and Mahmoud from the bar they were amazing! Everyone in the restaurant and animation was also very lovely, great staff!
