We really really loved our stay at the Parrotel Beach Resort. I was a bit nervous going as I had seen some of the reviews, but I really do not know where these reviews have come from. The food was amazing, the service was incredible, we were blown away. It was lovely having easy access to the beach, the beds were super comfy and we were often checked on to see if we wanted more drinks. The staff were so so friendly, we never felt like we needed anything. We loved the towel animals created by Khaled who delivered our room service! Honestly could not recommend the hotel enough. We also booked in for a massage treatment, I think it's the best massage I've ever had! We went on the boat trip which was incredible, such good value for money! AND wow the Italian Restaurant for FREE! What an added BONUS! What you pay for what you get is mind blowing! We also found a lovely spot across the road from the hotel called the Smokey Garden they had the best Mojitos! So if you are staying here make sure to go over there too as the drinks were lush! Special thanks to Sayed the Food and Beverages Manager for being so friendly and helpful. Mohamed Abdo the Spa Manager for sorting our massages out. Zoltan and the rest of the dive centre staff for their knowledge of the seas and the wildlife for supporting our first Scuba experience. We really felt like we had met some truly lovely people in all the bar and restaurant staff who greeted us everyday. We enjoyed watching the animations team working hard to get people involved, there was always something fun to do, although we prefer to laze on our sunbeds whilst away, we had a running joke with the animation team and they never left us out. Thank you Sheila and Mido for the perfect balance of getting us involved but also letting us be. So basically overall 10/10 would recommend to a friend :-))

I have travelled to Egypt (Hurghada) 3 times in the past year and can honestly say that the experience that I had in this hotel was by far the most special. The staff were amazingly friendly, professional, kind and super efficient. The hotel room was great we had an amazing sun facing ground floor room. The food was also great so were the cakes. The entertainment was the best I have experienced in a hotel in Egypt try even had a magic show on the beach along with foam parties and mascots for the kids. I have seen that there has also been some negative feedback towards this hotel regarding 5 star etc this is not the hotels fault my experience was great and anything that I had concerns with the management were always on hand and more than happy to assist so I think it's very unfair. I am comparing this to other hotels that I have stayed in. They have 2 types of rooms. As for any food complaints all all inclusives are the same. People have complained about the pool being cold well it's December! The pool by the beach was perfect and the lifeguard was very good at his job watching the children. I shall be returning!!
