The location is not very convenient, far from the center and this is the cost of a taxi. The food is monotonous. Rescues the aqua park and the internal restaurant. Отдых нам очень понравился, красивый коралловый риф и очень красочный подводный мир. Очень хорошо обслуживает персонал. Правда было ветрено последние дни но отдыху не помешало. Спасибо менеджеру Кристине за помощь и предоставленную информацию. В общем отдых очень подходит для семей, мы довольны всем.

Здравствуйте . Посетили отель в октябре 2024 года . Остались под большим впечатлением . Однозначно скажу , что в этот отель хочется возвращаться . Везде чистота , доброжелательный - приветливый персонал , еда очень вкусная , каждый из семьи находил , что поесть , расположен очень близко к морю, с основного ресторана , вы видите море . Посетили два ресторана Аля Карт : Рыбный и французский , остались очень довольны . Не могу оставить без внимания , девушку Кристину , которая записывает в эти рестораны , она все рассказала , показала фотографии , посоветовала в какие дни лучше сходить . Она нам помогла так же разобраться в других вопросах , так как мы не говорим на Английском и были первый раз в Египте . Спасибо Вам большое . И в целом всему персоналу этого замечательного отеля хочется сказать - БОЛЬШОЕ СПАСИБО !!!

Очень понравился отдых и еда всё на вполне высокий уровень. Спасибо администратору Кристине помогала по всём вопросам с самого заезда и до конца отдыха. La barriera corallina di una bellezza indescrivibile, accessibile tramite un pontile che veniva aperto in media due volte al giorno, a seconda del vento che a differenza di quanto letto in altre recensioni non era forte al punto da dare fastidio, ma anzi aiutava a sopportare il caldo! Il cibo era delizioso e molto vario nella scelta, si potevano trovare cibi che accontentavano tutti i gusti, sia per chi ama le spezie come noi, che per chi non le apprezza. Il pane è un must da provare! La pulizia di ogni zona del resort sempre impeccabile e minuziosa. La serenità e tranquillità del posto che ti cattura dal primo istante. La gentilezza del personale e dell'animazione mai invadente. Infatti, ci tenevamo a ringraziare soprattutto Peter della reception che ci ha seguiti per tutto il soggiorno e ci ha fatto trovare un cesto di frutta e una torta buonissima in camera, Rushdy Ali gentilissimo che ci puliva la stanza in modo impeccabile ogni giorno, Amra il bagnino simpaticissimo, Abdallah Eid il cameriere del buffet e Mahmood del bar della spiaggia! Lo Charmillion Club Resort è un posto che ti entra nel cuore, ci si sente davvero coccolati e accolti! Non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

The hotel is nice, has a great coral reef and the food is very nice. Also the staff is polite and warm, especially the ones from kids animation (Jerry). The property is very clean and well mentained, we really enjoyed our vacation at this hotel.

Прекрасный отель, отдыхали семьей. Аниматоры супер, никогда не было скучно, много ууактивностей. Сопровождали на дискотеку, организация тоже порадовала. Хочется вернуться сюда и ещё не раз. Особенно понравились аниматоры Mando и Antonio
