Enjoyed our stay here! Everything is really good.Starting from the location to the hotel facility. The staff is really helpful and always cheerful when interacting with us. Pool clean,Testy food,Nice view at pool bar,Beach bar,Love drink,Nice beach,Would reccommed for relaxing here Amphoras Aquar.Will absolutely stay here back soon.

First of all I hope that you take my feedback seriously because it was the worst accommodation since more than 35 years . Staff unfriendly especially the reception staff. They are super rude and obnoxious .The worst receptionist I have ever seen . Someone called Taher El-Gohary in the reception, is in poor taste, and enough to keep me from going to that hotel again. Reception service is poor and uncooperative . The bar served terrible drinks . Mugs and glasses chipped and scratched .Tables and plates dirty . Too expensive for the services provided . There is no coffee in the entire hotel we only get one water bottle for the room per day .they gave me a very very small 2 rooms without balcony to dry our clothes and enjoy the garden scenery . After a full night and another day, trip.com was able to change the the two rooms to others with balacony same garden view . Before check out i forgot 2 towels at my room they stole them and reception tell me I have to pay for them .Finally This hotel should not be available to book on trip.com because it is a major abuse .

Good hotel the people are kind and the employees are very helpful,if you need something ask them and they wil help you as fast as they can ,the room server (mustafa)is very kind,helpful ,when they come to clean your room they do it good and dont worry about ur stuff getting stolen .

The area around the hotel is quite lively. It is not on the beach but not far away. You can use the beach of another hotel in the group, and there is a shuttle bus for pick-up. The food is so-so, and there is no automatic coffee machine. Someone will be waiting for check-out at 11 o'clock. It is cost-effective for one person to stay.

service was good, wine, we understood that it was time to pour without words. Clean, cleaning and service are good. It would be good to diversify the food

We stayed for a couple of days, the hotel is 3, there are slides for children, the beach is 10 minutes walk away, often a red flag, the food is average, the staff is friendly.

A place to enjoy with the family. But the accommodation distribution was not the best.

The hotel is very cost-effective. The price of more than 300 yuan includes three meals, swimming pool and small water park. It is very friendly to friends who don't have a very high budget. But the price determines the quality. The facilities in the room are relatively old. Everyone should have psychological expectations and look at it objectively.
