Royal Paradise Beach Resort

I was deeply disappointed with the resort's overall condition. It appears to have been neglected for several years, with no significant maintenance or renovation efforts. The facilities were minimal, with no designated area for children to play. The only amenities provided were the pool and a water slide. While the beach was undeniably beautiful, the lack of attention to the resort’s infrastructure and guest experience was frustrating. Despite inquiring multiple times about the resort's state, I was repeatedly told that new management would take over and that improvements would be expected in the coming year. Unfortunately, this reassurance came too late to impact my stay, and based on this experience, I will not consider booking at this resort in the future. Additionally, I paid a $300 administrative fee and used my timeshare points, only to find myself assigned to a subpar hotel room instead of the resort unit I had anticipated. The unit I booked—featuring two bedrooms and a kitchen—was unavailable, and I was placed in a room with a dirty bedroom and a poorly maintained bathroom. When I voiced my concerns, I received poor treatment from management, who failed to address the issue effectively. The isolated location also left me with no choice but to order food from the resort’s restaurant, trapping me with limited options. This experience was far from the standard I expected, and I regret booking at this resort. This location did enough to hurt the image of Egypt!!!!!

Air Conditioning: The air conditioning unit in the room was non-functional, making the environment uncomfortable, especially during warm weather. 2. Television Issues: The TV was without a receiver or remote control, rendering it unusable and detracting from the overall entertainment experience. 3. Bed Comfort: The beds were noted to be unconvertible, leading to discomfort for guests who required different configurations for a better night's sleep. 4. Food Quality and Pricing: The food served was of poor quality, with high prices for both food and drinks, leading to dissatisfaction. 5. Staff Communication: I experienced challenges with communication among staff, which contributed to delays in addressing issues and a lack of satisfactory service. 6. Pest Issues: The presence of insects, such as mosquitoes and ants, raised concerns about cleanliness and pest control within the hotel. 7. Water Quality: There are issues with water quality, including yellow and rusty water from taps, which raises significant health and safety concerns. These issues reflect a need for improvements in facilities, staff training, and overall guest service at Royal Beach Hotel. Addressing these concerns promptly will be crucial to enhancing guest satisfaction and maintaining the hotel's reputation. This place is a bad image for Egypt and the hospitality business. It is not recommended for foreign people or people who appreciate quality and respect
