Ho soggiornato in questo posto la settimana di Pasqua. Non tornerei mai più qui! Cibo vario, voto 7 ma la sala ristorante è unta, sporca e non c’è cura del dettaglio, i tavoli vengono puliti forse solo alla fine dell’intero servizio, dove si alza uno ti siedi tu, tovagliolo e posate nuove, lo sporco degli altri te lo tieni sotto il piatto! Pulizia delle stanze discreta. La pulizia dei giardini buona. La manutenzione di tutti i luoghi lascia a desiderare. La palestra è un tugurio orribile e senza alcuna attrezzatura utile. L’affluenza è prettamente di persone dell’est Europa, pochissimi italiani e tantissime famiglie con bambini piccoli.

Худшее решение для отдыха. Первое что делают при заселении , неофициально то есть за деньги могут заселить, 20долл это не деньги. А вот потом как надели браслет...жди... Заселили, в номере ничего от слова соооовсем. Никаких принадлежностей для ванны, полотенца, уборки не видал давно, а вода питьевая и вообще отсутствует, благо была с собой и смогли детей напоить. Бар, да есть но это отдельный трэш. Еда однообразная. На поздний завтрак, если случаем утром решили на море побывать, приготовьтесь на 3 блюда размером с тарелку борща на 50 минимум человек. В общем рессторане. Обед что не доели утром, а вечером соответственно с обеда. Гриль и попытка приготовить мясо это вообще убийство мяса снова. Кроме курицы мало что съедобно. Обделяют европейцев в пользу ребят из Азии и своих местных. Ниче норм, одним грудку а другим кости, и так сойдёт. А скажешь что не так то косят и отпевают на своём. Фрукты не сезон в апреле. По бару не сильно злоупотребляли, но концепция видетели отеля такова, один стакан один человек. По уборке...пока большего трэша по уборке не видели в Египте. На третий день после 4 раза запроса вечером в семь часов пришел мусор убрал...про пакет забыл ... Закончились... Полотенца на 4 человека 3 штуки. Про убрать в номере ... Протер пол шваброй....чьи-то волосы растянул по номеру и норм ... И так сойдёт. Короче...море оно везде одно и тоже...а вот где будете отдыхать и на чем будете спать всю неделю...кстати на тех же простынях без замены...то решать каждому. Отель Далекооооо от 4* .... Даже 3* отдыхают. Единственное что можно вечером прогуляться до рынка и посмотреть что есть. Однозначно НЕ рекомендую и КАТЕГОРИЧЕСКИ не советую. Остерегайтесь.

Нам очень понравилось на данный момент отдыхаем тут, еда очень вкусная, персонал приветливые, аниматоры вообще топ каждый день разные развличение и детям и взрослым , море теплое, риф красивый много рыбок , сюда можем возвращаться😍👍процветания вам шукран🌹🌹🌹

Никогда не отдыхайте в этом отеле!!! Мы оказались в нём случайно😄 Отдыхали в Барсело шарм резорт наш рейс задержали и поэтому нас посетили в этот отель. Сервис никакой до номера пришлось тащить чемоданы самим искать корпус и поднимать чемодан ы на 3 этаж. В номере пахнет плесенью , постельное и полотенца засранные , куча голодных комаров, в бассейне мутная грязная вода. Алкоголь в маленьких пластиковых стаканчиках но я его не рискнула пробовать. На улице очень много довольных весёлых людей видимо в других отелях они не были и сравнивать не с чем. Барсело где мы жили в 1000 раз лучше!!! Хорошо что не пришлось долго находиться в этом отеле и через 4 часа пребывания в нем нас забрали в аэропорт

Отдыхаем в этом отеле с 26 апреля. Анимация замечательная! Очень активные, весёлые ребята! Персонал вежливый, быстро решают любые вопросы. Питание хорошее. Красивый риф. Видели ската, крылатку и много других красивых рыб на пляже отеля! Номера уберают хорошо. В целом все супер! Нам понравилось!!!

When we arrived they refused to lets us go to our room we paid for because our 13 year old was an adult and 3 adults in a room wasn’t allowed they insisted we payed 200 pounds if we aware that we needed to pay extra we would of: a worker then inappropriately touched my two daughters. Another worker who was cleaning our room asked for a photo of my two daughters while they were alone in bikinis. Considering they are children it’s disgusting and for them to be working at a family friendly hotel is ridiculous. Our room wasn’t the best we found 3 cockroaches. The pools closed early and the slides weren’t barely even open. The food was nice and fresh ,and the party’s hosted for the kids were good.
