Despite my request to have the issue fixed, it was not resolved. When I called the receptionist for assistance, he accused me of causing the problem on purpose and was very rude and unprofessional. Polecam każdemu ten hotel. Jedzenie jest przepyszne i różnorodne, jest dużo warzyw, serów i twarożków czego nie ma wszędzie, to mnie miło zaskoczyło. Są bardzo fajne animacje na plaży. W każdym barze są pyszne drinki. Wszędzie jest bardzo miła obsługa. Przy plaży są piękne rafy koralowe, przez prawie pół godziny obserwowałam jak żółw wodny podjada roślinki, nigdy wcześniej nie widziałam żółwia tak długo bez żadnej wycieczki.

Świetne miejsce na rodzinny wyjazd. Podgrzewany basen, bliski dostęp do pięknej plaży i bazarów. Kompleks wydaje się bezpieczny, obsługa była bardzo mila i pomocna. Pytajcie o Emada - zrobi dla was najlepsze drinki 😁 Polecam salon masażu na terenie hotelu. Pokoje czyste, wygodne i bardzo duże. Mieliśmy dostęp do balkonu. Na terenie hotelu można kupić wycieczkę na quady po pustyni (wychodzi taniej niż u rezydentów) a cała organizacja działa bez zarzutu. Jedzenie urozmaicone, smaczne. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Polecam 🌴

Buffet moyen , manque des basiques ! Vinaigre balsamique- carotte rape _ oignon échalotte rien !! etc le choix est moyen même si le chef pâtissier fait tout pour nous faire plaisir. Nous sommes decu du buffet ! La variété n'est pas la , c'est tjs la même chose

Dobre jedzenie, duże apartamenty, basen z podgrzewana woda. Animacje na wysokim poziomie. Pokoje sprzątane na życzenie. Do plaży zawozi melex 2 minuty drogi. Drinki na barze zakąski nawet frytki. 😍😍😍😍Fajna plaża idealna do odpoczynku
