Great hotel and staff. Really lovely girls from the animation team! We stayed here for two weeks and it was really nice Holliday.

The staff are verry good and work hard and good. I also like the amimation team, they are verry nice and kind. They work hard to make people happy

Everybody knosws that 5 star n Egypt is good 3 star in Europe. Still you would expect certain level of service. The poll with slides is poor, bar looks like closed bit when u gat closer it appears u can get warm beer, an from machine pseudo cola or sprire, tonic. The lobby bar is a bit beztr, u can get some mixed drinks. But no matter what u ask, u get simething orange looking with plenty of alcohol. If u try to make bigger order, say for fanily of 5, they stop u after 4rd sn tell u to come again. The dame experience at pool bar in villas part. Now restaurant… do not expect what u see in Turkey, not so fancy, not so much variety. It’s located inside, no windows, no terrace, no welcome, no theme… feels like buffe. And getting a drink? Forget it, nobody is bothered to come and ask. However u can observe that some tables are served. Wuickly I learned that you need to wave hand with 2-3 dollars, hmm am I not in All inclosive 3 star hotel? There a lady going around, asking for feedback. Great, so I provided feedback. The nect day bar tendender knew exactky it was me, what a privacy. Ohh beach, u read it’300m, the reality is good 12min walk. U can rake “golf” bus but u never know when. After waining 15min u bezter walk. Did I mention that beer is from bottle into plastic cup? It’s warm…, Those plastic cups are sharp, one can cut lips. What rlse? The loanely dośgs… they walk in the aree, so u also come across excrements. The ybark a lot doluring night. Lastly the sea… nice, warm. There is like sn entranve into reef. It’s literaly 5m and iu feel like in paradise, volorefú fishes all around. BUT, there is only one entrance, 4-5m wide. Guess what, fúl of non swimmers , locals, in those whó body “swimsuite”… they are sitiing there. The guars would be wgistling all the time on somebody getting cliser to the reef, however he can not sort out clean entrance. All in all, disapointment. But if u like snorchilrling it’s worth it. And bonus for closure…. Toilet paper is a jewel. If u do not ask u do not get a roll. Then u are in trouble in the morning.
