Das Gemma Resort ist von der Sache her ein sehr schönes Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich Zimmer sind gut, Sauberkeit und Zimmerservices auch gut. Das Essen im Hauptretorante war spitze. Wir haben in unserem Urlaub nur dieses Restaurant genutzt. Die Kellner machen da einen sehr guten Service. Negativ Punkte waren Der unerträgliche Baulärm von Baggern, die den ganzen Tag neben dem Hotel Felsen gebrochen haben. Es war nicht möglich in Ruhe am Strand auf der Liege zu liegen und sich zu entspannen. Der sogenannte Ruhepool oben in der Anlage war so kalt, daß man nicht in den Pool gehen konnte. Abschließend muß ich feststellen. Top Hotel wenn nicht der extreme Baulärm wäre.

I highly recommend vacation in this hotel. Very nice and helpful service (all of them speak Italian also), clean pools, tasty food (also every day pasta station was opened). Perfect for quiet holiday. Nice gym, tennis court and football pitch. Hotel has their own time (+1 hour to local time), WiFi signal works almost everywhere (pool, rooms, restaurants, gym, beach).

Tutto davvero perfetto al Gemma. Villaggio con ottimi servizi e ben curato dalle camere agli spazi esterni. Spiaggia e mare davvero belli. L'animazione Bravo una conferma in positivo, tutti simpatici disponibili e bravi, da MarsaMiliano a Dennis a Mattia al ragazzo di cuore etc.etc.

Non si può desiderare di meglio, resort bellissimo, camere spaziose e pulite, cibo buonissimo e con molte opzioni. Lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibile, ci siamo sentiti accolti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La spiaggia è bella e i lettini comodi, anche l'ingresso in acqua è più comodo del previsto, il bar in spiaggia serve drink e snack e anche il ristorante accanto è buono e con una proposta diversificata. Il bar della piscina principale offre pizza appena fatta praticamente tutto il giorno e dolcetti e snack vari, un bel plus. Il resort e le camere sono curati e sempre in ordine e soprattutto non è dispersivo, si arriva velocemente ovunque.

Ottima struttura, super pulito, dalle stanze alle parti comuni, cucina oltre le aspettative, anche il pasticcere italiano. Tutto il personale gentilissimo, dai camerieri alla reception, che ci hanno seguito per tutto il soggiorno x aiuto o consiglio, in particolare un grazie a Hazen Yassin e ad Mahmoud Amer sempre presenti. Ho festeggiato il compleanno durante il soggiorno, e mi hanno fatto trovare in camera i fiori e la torta al ristorante a cena. Raccomanderei a chiunque il resort Gemma Elisabetta M

Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana al Gemma Beach Resort, a renderla speciale l’animazione Bravo! Un magnifico gruppo di ragazzi che ci ha accompagnato nelle nostre giornate, organizzando per noi giochi e spettacoli davvero magnifici. Tra loro Dennis, ragazzo meticoloso, ordinato, molto pulito e profumato, ci ha strappato un infinità di sorrisi e risate!
