The hotel environment is OK, the room facilities are relatively old, the sea across the road is a good diving spot, the experience was OK, but the hotel's taxi is really terrible, it costs hundreds of euros, it's really ugly

Siamo stati x 15 giorni.Resort carino,ha bisogno di restauri stanza con climatizzatore puntato sul letto x cui impossibile accenderlo alla sera,armadio piccolissimo x 1 xsona,non c'è 1 sedia x appoggiare le cose,salottino impregnato di fumo direi stomachevole fatto reclamo al referente Eden(Ali)inesistente,pulizia stanza 4.Ragazzi del resort sorridenti e cordiali,il cibo non male siamo in Egitto x cui riciclano,birre e vino allungate con acqua,(dopo le mance diventavano buone)Bellissima la baia se non x due pecche 5 cani sempre in spiaggia tra gli ombrelloni ed al bar della spiaggia.Seconda pecca abbiamo notato dei buchi nella sabbia sotto gli ombrelloni e lungo il bagnasciuga pensavamo a dei granchi, se non fosse che una sera raccogliendo le scarpette abbiamo visto un topo di circa 10cm che di corsa si è infilato nel buco vicino al lettino.Lo abbiamo fatto presente e ci hanno risposto che i topi sono buoni da mangiare.A mio avviso potevano evitare tale risposta.Ci vorrebbe 1 bonifica. È un peccato perché questo resort avrebbe un buon potenziale.Piccolo consiglio metterei 1 animatore che sappia parlare italiano.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aurora Bay. The hotel has access to very beautiful beach with the most beautiful coral we ever saw in Egypt. The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly and willing to help all the time. We also enjoyed the activities and all the program at the hotel.

È la prima volta x me a Marsa Alam..ma devo dire che è stato tutto bello....persone molto accoglienti e ragazzi dell'animazione veramente simpatici come tutto lo staff...diciamo che c sarebbero cose un po' da migliorare come la pulizia nelle camere, ma c sono persone stupende e d cuore e chi va in questo resort nn può certo nn andare a trovare Mido nel suo negozio d profumi...persona stupenda (gentilissima e super accogliente) ...grazie a tutti...x me e la mia famiglia è stata una bellissima vacanza....finita troppo in fretta.

It is not luxurious hotel, so if anybody needs "golden handles" shoud choose other place. The biggest advantage is coral reef. Both sides of bay are wonderful. Best time for snoorkling is early morning. Very nice staff - everybody nice, friendly & helpfull. It refers to ALL staff. Tahnks for Ahmed Hakeem from block 6 - he's the best service man! Single drawback - we came at 2 a.m., room was not ready, aditional bed was prepered after 3 a.m. Food is tasty.
