very nice food, good beach, a lot of green places around the territory of hotel, AMAZING pools, generally just a avery nice place to stay, would recommend for families with kids 100% (also + credits for a marvelous room!!)

We stayed at Fantazia Resort & Spa Marsa Alam (room 2102 Serena) and had a truly wonderful holiday! The hotel is beautiful, with a spacious and very well-kept territory. There are many large pools, plenty of sunbeds always available, and no feeling of overcrowding – everything is perfectly organized for comfort and relaxation. The food is excellent, with a great variety every day. The meat dishes in particular were outstanding, and the à la carte restaurant left a very pleasant impression - I would only advise adding more vegetables to such a large amount of delicious meat. The spa was also a real highlight, offering a perfect way to relax and recharge. The sea is amazing – crystal clear water full of life if you go in from the pier. The shoreline is rocky, so swimming from the beach isn’t possible, but entering from the pier makes it an unforgettable experience. The bartenders are very friendly, always smiling, and happy to serve good beer and wine. Service at the bars and restaurants is quick and attentive – drinks are even brought right to the table, which we really appreciated. And a special thanks goes to Ali, who took care of our room (2102). It was always spotless and fresh. He constantly made sure we had everything we needed and left a very warm impression – thanks to him, we truly felt at home. Overall, Fantazia Resort & Spa gave us one of the best vacations we’ve had. We felt relaxed, well taken care of, and very comfortable. Highly recommended – we would love to return!

We bought the trip to 5* hotel, but got 4* (be careful, check different sources). Hotel is nothing like 5 stars: to get water you have to look for coolers, which seem quite dirty (they don’t have fridges with bottled water), alcoholic drinks’ quality is extremely poor (we couldn’t drink anything except beer), they don’t let you change beach towels during the day, so you have to use your wet towel all day long. While checking in they tried to fool us giving one big room instead of two separate rooms that we paid for, saying there are no 2 separate rooms left available, but when we asked for manager, the 2 separate rooms were found easily. Food is ok, but variety is mediocre (especially breakfasts). Rooms are quite spare, that is an advantage. One more advantage - big aqua park, where you can have fun. Evening entertainment is poor. So in overall the hotel’s rate is 4 stars, definitely not 5.

The animation team is very friendly and helpful, especially Ahmed and Daryna. They are children-friendly as well. At the same time they are not intrusive.

I was there with my son for Christmas and it was amazing. I especially have to highlight the chef Mahmoud, always with a smile on his face, even when he was tired. His grilled chicken was TOP. And the eggs in the morning too. Heated pools, amazing water slides for kids. The pool was heated there too. We enjoyed our vacation and will definitely be back.
