The hotel staff was friendly and helful. The resort is beautiful and clean. However, the sea water has a lot of sharp stones in it. If the jetty is closed, snorkeling is still allowed in the area where the water is not deep. I got a deep cut on my leg. There is a clinic at the hotel. Thanks, Dr. Alsayes from Utopia medical services and to all the staff that helped me to get better.

Our Happy Place – Even Better the Second Time! We’ve fallen in love with this hotel all over again! Returning here for the second time felt like coming home — only better. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted like VIPs, and the special invitation to a cocktail reception with the General Manager was the perfect touch that made us feel truly valued. This place has it all: spacious rooms, spotless every day, shout out to Mina who took care of our room daily. Food so good you look forward to every meal (the Italian restaurant is a must-try!). Activities for every age and mood. The Animation Team keeps the fun going from sunrise to sunset — water polo, aqua gym, volleyball, stretching, yoga — and evenings packed with incredible shows. Fire show and Boho Night on the beach? Unforgettable. There’s always a spot waiting for you by the pools, you can choose fun and music at activity pool, or piece and quite at adults only pool. The recreation team makes sure you’re comfortable and smiling all day long.
