A beautiful resort located right on the Red Sea. We had a wonderful time, and the rooms were truly stunning. The staff and entertainment team were also very friendly. The food was delicious and varied daily with different cultural influences. Definitely a big recommendation! The only downside was that the Wi-Fi didn’t always work, which made us unreachable at times. But we found a solution by buying an eSIM. All in all, we had an amazing time and would definitely come back again.

Una vacanza madre e figlia per una settima di relax. Era la nostra prima vacanza in un resort all inclusive ed eravamo un pò titubanti su quello che ci potevamo aspettare, ma...subito dal primo momento ci siamo rese conto di aver trovato un Paradiso! Avevamo bisogno di relax dopo un anno un pò faticoso e qui siamo state accolte e coccolate in un ambiente bellissimo sopra ogni aspettativa. Le camere sono grandi e molto pulite. Lo spazio verde incredibilmente curato. Le piscine tante, belle e sempre pulite. Il mare ad passo, con ombrelloni e lettini sempre disponibili. Ma il vero valore aggiunto in questo resort sono le persone. Tutti, ma proprio TUTTI, sono sempre disponibili, gentili, pronti a soddisfare ogni desiderio senza essere invadenti. Un grazie speciale a tutti voi che avete reso la nostra vacanza perfetta! Grazie Ahmed per aver soddisfatto ogni nostra esigenza al ristorante, insieme a Mohamed, ai cuochi e a tutti i meravigliosi ragazzi della sala. Ci mancate tantissimo. Grazie Liliia e a tutti i ragazzi dell'animazione per la disponibilità e professionalità che avete dimostrato. Grazie a "Mr. Lamborghini car" che ci ha scarrozzato insieme alle nostre valigie. The hotel is very clean, just like in the pictures. The rooms are spotless and newly furnished. The animation team is amazing and very attentive — especially Lilie and the others. Resort molto bello, con personale davvero disponibile e super gentile. Mattar, il responsabile, si è fatto in quattro per ogni nostra esigenza, parlando sempre in italiano. Anche Ahmed del ristorante è stato bravissimo e disponibile in tutto, anch’egli parlando italiano. I pasti sono stati davvero buoni: mai mangiata una pasta così buona in Egitto! Unica piccola pecca: l’obbligo delle scarpette per entrare in mare e l’assenza di canali TV italiani in camera. L’atmosfera era molto rilassata, con ospiti educati e tranquilli. Nessuno che occupava inutilmente le sdraio con il classico telo, cosa che ho molto apprezzato. L’animazione è stata discreta, mai invadente, e i ragazzi, in particolare Tiko e il suo team, sono stati sempre gentili. Essendo la maggior parte degli ospiti tedeschi, non mi aspettavo un’animazione serale coinvolgente, ma abbiamo scelto questa vacanza proprio per il totale relax, e così è stato. Molto soddisfatta.

Resort molto bello e personale davvero disponibile e super gentile,mattar il responsabile si è fatto in quattro per ogni nostra esigenza parlando in italiano,Ahmed del ristorante bravissimo e disponibile in tutto parlando in italiano,pasti davvero buoni,mai mangiata una pasta così buona in Egitto, unica pecca le doverose scarpette per entrare in mare e niente TV italiana in camera.ospiti davvero educati e tranquilli .nessuno che occupava inutilmente le sdraio con il solito telo , animazione con personale davvero gentile grazie a tiko and Company, essendo la maggior parte tedeschi ovviamente non mi aspettavo un'animazione coinvolgente per noi la sera ,ma abbiamo scelto questa vacanza per il totale relax e così è stato . molto soddisfatta.
