True Beach Resort

I had a great time in true beach resort, all the staff is so kind and always smiles to me. The location is wonderful and the food very good.

Thank you for a wonderful 7 days of vacation at your hotel! 🌴 We came from Ukraine and were pleasantly surprised to meet the animator Dana, who is also from Ukraine — it added a special sense of comfort. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and convenient. The location of the pool and the proximity to the sea are just perfect — everything is well thought out for the guests’ convenience. The main restaurant offers very delicious and diverse food, so there is always something for every taste. Special praise goes to the animation team: there are activities for both adults (aerobics, pilates) and children — thanks to this, the vacation was lively and exciting. True Beach Resort is definitely a place we would love to return to again.

It was our first time in Marsa Alam and we couldn’t be happier with our choice! I stayed here with my girlfriend and everything was just perfect cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and great service. Special thanks to Dana from the animation team always so positive and helpful, she even showed us around the hotel. We didn’t attend every evening show, but the ones we saw were really fun. The food was amazing fresh, tasty, and something for everyone. Every evening there was a new menu, so dinners were always different and exciting. Overall, it was a bright, comfortable, and memorable vacation. We’d love to come back again!

My mum and I just got back from a week long holiday here, first week of September. I would say it's a perfect choice for people who just want to relax, enjoy some peace & privacy and spend some time together. We paid for adults only (village) swim-up room and got upgraded to the one with the sea view - the room is beautiful, nice bathroom, spacious terrace with direct entrance to a pool shared with 3 other rooms, though we had it mostly for ourselves. The only downside is that they are facing east, meaning you're in shade from around 2pm already, but moving to infinity pool in the village part is also an option. Village side is definitely worth paying extra for, we had the best service there, loved the iced-coffee, no kids, all drinks and food delivered directly to the room, although I would appreciate some music playing there, it was way too quiet. The food generally was great, there are different themes in the main buffet every night and you always find something to your liking. From a-la carte restaurants, the Asian one was the best choice, then probably the Arabic one, but Mediterranean and Greek were a little disappointing - mind you there are some food you have to pay extra for anyway. The highlight of the hotel is the staff, always with a smile on their face, very attentive, friendly, nothing's ever a problem, they remember where you're from and some speak several languages. The shows are average but the animation team ones are always fun, they are truly doing their best- keeping everyone entertained. However, there's absolutely a space for improvement: 1. Pier/jetty - definitely needed, the sea looks gorgeous but what's the point when you can't actually go swimming 2. Snack bar - there is no snack bar on the beach whatsoever, they only offer one food in the bar in the afternoon and it's always a dry bun with some minced meat and fries. Shoutout to the chef in village bar for always preparing ham and cheese toasts for me when I asked, loved it, much appreciated! most people don't go for lunch to the restaurant bc we have late breakfasts, so it would be nice to have a snack bar where you can choose from at least a hamburger / pizza / sandwiches. 3. Gym - gym sucks here, not going to lie. When you have a hotel with adults only section, you have to expect people to go working out, but the hotel only has a very small room (there were 5 of us at once and that's crowded) with no exercise mats available, not even any space for solo training, poor & old equipment, weights only going 5-10-15-x-45, 2 treadmills from which 1 is always not working, and rarely ever are there clean towels available. Also, the floor leaves black stains, so be careful. It'd be great to have at least some aerobics room with mats, small weights, kettlebells, basic yoga/pilates tools etc there, which would upgrade the entertainment possibilities as well. Overall we were satisfied though, it's great service for a good value. Thank you True Beach team!:)

I can say that this hotel is one of the best. Starting with welcome in the reception that smells like Rituals shop, to room with everything you need - toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, mini bar, tv with netflix and very good wifi everything. Pool, sea, stuff and food is excellent, we were here for a whole week and there is nothing bad we can say. All the working stuff is friendly and so nice. Kind regards for Lisa. You wont get bored here there are plenty of activities, evening themes and parties. Also drinks are amazing and ice is from the mineral water, so you dont need to worry about anything.
