Siamo stati ospiti in questo resort da poco ristrutturato e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Camere spaziose e ben arredate, così come il resto del resort; le foto che si trovano sui siti corrispondono al vero! Buona la pulizia generale e i bagni sempre puliti e profumati. Il ristorante principale offre una buona scelta di prodotti, la cucina è buona e anche la pasta! Devo dire che abbiamo mangiato bene Un ringraziamento particolare a tutto il personale del resort sempre sorridente, gentile e che fa di tutto per riuscire a darti una mano e a capirti! Lo staff dell’animazione composto da ragazzi giovani sempre solari gentili, professionali, tutti i giorni passava per un saluto ricordando le attività che si potevano fare e alla sera augurava a tutti una buona cena ricordando l’appuntamento post cena… grazie ragazzi. Siamo dispiaciuti di dover lasciare questo posto anche se rincuorati del fatto che ci torneremo sicuramente Grazie a tutti di nuovo e lo consiglio vivamente

Les activités sont nombreuses comme stretching, volleyball, yoga, des événements en soirée bref parfait pour passer des moment inoubliable, respect a l’équipe d’animation Dibo, Yulia, Lilia, Kito, Adji, Nastia. Les chambres sont spacieux et le service et impeccable.

Wij hebben twee fantastische weken doorgebracht in dit heerlijke hotel. Het is een prachtig resort met veel sfeer en charme. Samen met onze zoon van 1,5 jaar oud hebben we er volop van genoten. Voor hem was het een waar paradijs. De kidsclub is geweldig ingericht met volop mogelijkheden om te spelen en plezier te maken. Daarnaast zijn er meerdere kinderzwembaden én grote zwembaden waar ook de kleintjes prima in kunnen spelen onder toezicht. Er was altijd genoeg ruimte bij de zwembaden om te ontspannen, wat erg prettig was. Het eten was heerlijk en elke avond stond er een ander thema op het menu, wat zorgde voor fijne afwisseling. Wij zijn geen moeilijke eters en vonden het allemaal erg lekker. Na twee weken werd het misschien een tikje eentonig, maar nog steeds van goede kwaliteit en smaak. Wat dit verblijf echt bijzonder maakte, was het personeel. Iedereen was ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en betrokken. Het animatieteam verdient een extra pluim: elke dag leuke activiteiten en shows, en vooral veel aandacht voor de kinderen. Wij brachten veel tijd door in de kidsclub, waar Yulia en Liliia altijd klaarstonden met een glimlach. Ze waren zó lief voor onze zoon – het was elke dag weer een feestje. Elke middag om 15.00 uur werd er vrolijk gedanst met het animatieteam, iets waar wij echt van genoten. Ook de service bij de bar en in het restaurant was top. Mahmoud bij het zwembad en Mohamed in het restaurant waren altijd attent en wisten precies wat we wilden drinken. Zelfs de tuinman begroette ons elke dag vriendelijk – zulke kleine dingen maken het verschil. De kamers waren perfect: ruim, modern en altijd schoon dankzij de goede zorgen van de housekeeping. Als we iets nodig hadden, werd het meteen geregeld. ’s Avonds was er elke dag een kinderdisco gevolgd door een gevarieerde show, steeds weer anders en ontzettend leuk om naar te kijken. Kortom, wij hebben nergens iets op aan te merken. Dit hotel is echt een aanrader voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen. We missen het nu al en hopen zeker nog eens terug te komen. Dank aan het hele team voor deze onvergetelijke vakantie!

The hotel pleasantly surprised us. The resort is well-maintained and clean, surrounded by plenty of greenery and cozy spots perfect for relaxing. The rooms were spacious, modern, and cleaned thoroughly every day. During the day, there was a nice variety of activities. The animation team was friendly and approachable - always smiling and positive, which really added to the welcoming atmosphere. The food was definitely a strong point - fresh, varied, and nicely presented. The hotel also features a pleasant spa area, offering a range of massages and treatments in a calm and clean environment, perfect for unwinding. The beach is just a short walk away, with clear, inviting water. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay with a warm and friendly atmosphere. We’d definitely be happy to return.

Hôtel confortable sur une belle plage. Chambres agréables, spacieuses, modernes magnifique décoration avec une vue sur le jardin et piscine Très bonne nourriture. Belle plage avec une belle couleur turquoise de l'eau. . service très, très agréable dans le restaurant et les bars, service en chambre très bien nettoyé Fantastique équipe d'animation: pad Le temps de s'ennuyer : yoga, stretching, aquagym, fléchettes, animations de soirée - metci beaucoup , vous êtes les meilleurs!

Sehr entspanntes ruhiges, sauberes Hotel mitten im Nirgendwo. Toller Service, tolle Ausstattung. Ein idealer Ort für Ruhesuchende. Der Strand ist ruhig und weitläufig. Genügend Abstand zwischen den Strandliegen. Insgesamt sehr ruhige Atmosphäre. Das Essen ist toll. Jeden Tag ein anderes Motto. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Sehr geschmackvoll präsentiert. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ich war rundherum glücklich dort und bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Struttura splendida immersa nel verde con prato all’inglese e fiori curatissimi, meravigliosa. Consigliamo l’area village , per soli adulti. Noi eravamo in una ampia stanza con piscina dedicata fronte mare. Il personale è stato estremamente disponibile, educato,gentilissimo. Mi permetto di segnalare Abdalla alla reception per professionalità e gentilezza, grazie!!! Abbiamo amato la spiaggia, lunga e sabbiosa con lettini molto distanziati e una pace assoluta. Il cibo ottimo, con serate a tema. Consigliamo questa struttura a tutte le persone stressate, incavolate, che vivono costantemente in burnout..

I had a wonderful stay at True Beach Resort in Egypt. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the beach was beautiful. I would definitely come back! The weather was perfect, and the sea was very clear. There were also nice activities during the day. I had a very good time.
