Amazing location on the Red Sea. Different pools, nice rooms and good service. Staff is supportive on the different requests you might have.

We stayed at the Sirena Hotel at the end of September as a group of six. Overall, the hotel is okay, but here are some details: Staff: Not very friendly — most seemed busy or didn’t smile. People selling extra services are friendly until you buy something, then their friendliness disappears. Cleanliness: Rooms were very clean and housekeeping was excellent. Only one bottle of water is provided per room; extra bottles are available for a check out fee. No towel decorations, but that wasn’t important for us. Food: Tasty but somewhat repetitive. Pasta was always good, fish and seafood were enjoyable. You won’t go hungry. Entertainment: Animation at Sirena was weak. No music during a day. More activities were available at neighboring Fantazia and Bravo hotels, owned by the same person. Hotels seem to cater mostly to Italian guests. Beach: The beach is long. To enter the sea comfortably, you need to walk toward Bravo hotel, where there is a nice lagoon and good access. Near Sirena, there are two pontoons. Health note: Like many visitors in Egypt, we caught a minor intestinal infection for two days, but then recovered. Overall, good for a stay if you prioritize clean rooms and decent food, but staff friendliness and on-site entertainment could be better

We travel very frequently and usually stay at 5-star resorts. Unfortunately, Sirena Beach Hotel was by far the worst we have ever experienced. It is advertised as a 5-star property, but in reality, it is worth no more than 3 stars. • Unhygienic pools: slimy layer around the edges, cleaning with brooms during guest swimming hours, and access only from 10 am. Completely unprofessional. • Unqualified bar staff: For over a week, no one was able to prepare a latte macchiato. After I complained, a manager showed up and loudly shouted at the bartenders in front of guests, even slamming his hand on the bar. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. The drinks from the vending machines were also terrible. • Plastic spoons for hot drinks – totally unacceptable for a so-called 5-star hotel. • All-Inclusive is a joke: One bottle of water per room for a family of four (only after complaining did we get two bottles daily). The minibar was stocked only once upon arrival. No drink service at the pool or the beach. • Kids Club: A disgrace. We were openly told that it was only for Italian children. International kids were not welcome. • Clear preference for Italian guests everywhere in the hotel. The only real positives: • The food was very good. • The reef is absolutely beautiful. • Some staff members were outstanding: Carol (Guest Relations), the concierge (unfortunately forgot his name), Mohammed (room boy 5314), Tayyeb (Restaurant Service Manager), and the restaurant waiters. They were hardworking, friendly, and attentive – but they cannot make up for the many serious shortcomings of the hotel. We even ended our stay 6 days early and moved to the neighboring Sentido Reef Oasis Suakin – the best decision ever! That resort truly deserves its 5 stars. If possible, I would even rate it 6 stars. A detailed review will follow. Conclusion: Sirena Beach Hotel is not recommended for international guests. If you expect a true 5-star experience, you will be very disappointed. For us, it was a complete failure.

Our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations! I really loved the atmosphere — a perfect combination of modern design and homely comfort. The room was spacious, bright, with a comfortable bed and thoughtful details that made the stay truly enjoyable. The staff deserves special gratitude: warm smiles, willingness to help at any moment, and a genuine sense of care accompanied us throughout the stay. Breakfasts were varied and delicious, and the view from the terrace added a special charm. The grounds are well-kept, the pool is clean, and everything is arranged for complete relaxation. This hotel is a true gem for those who value comfort, quality service, and a harmonious atmosphere. I will definitely come back again!

Everything is awesome. I really like animation team , especially Mustafa and Tifa. I like the sea , food. And room in a sirena and aqua park.

Was with family in June 2025. Food was good . Animation was good . Rooms was also good . Sea also was nice . Have some remarks but not so big .
