Ho visitato il Sirena durante il soggiorno al Fantazia. Molto scenografica l'entrata e le piscine . Un tripudio di aiuole con fiori di tutti i colori. Una terrazza vista mare fantastica per sorseggiare una bibita o un caffè . I colori del mare ti rapiscono . Wonderful !!!

Everything about this hotel was amazing! The food was delicious with a great variety, the rooms were luxurious and spotless, and the entire resort was well-maintained. A special shoutout to Esmail, the always-smiling and super friendly bartender at Panorama Beach Bar. He made our stay even better with his great service and positive energy! Highly recommend this place, and we’ll definitely be back!

Io.mio marito e mia figlia di 14 anni, abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura dal 16 al 23 Febbraio! Che dire...tutto eccezionale...mare spettacolare,resort tenuto benissimo e ottima cucina. Animazione presente,ma non invadente,proprio come piace a noi. Un saluto a " Piumino",il commesso del negozio di spezie...educatissimo e simpaticissimo! Speriamo di tornarci al più presto.❤️

Udany wyjazd. Bardzo byliśmy zadowoleni. Piękne baseny, pokoje, plaża. Dobre jedzenie . Ale najlepszym akcentem był Pan pracujący w barze przy plaży chyba miał na imię Ismail, najmilsza osoba z całej obsługi, zawsze uśmiechnięty, pogodny , kulturalny. Dzięki niemu ten wyjazd był udany.

We recently stayed at Sirena Hotel in Marsa Alam, and while the overall experience was mixed, one person truly made our trip memorable – Esmail, the bartender at the beachside bar, just below the Sirena restaurant. Unfortunately, most of the staff were rather unfriendly, sometimes even arrogant unless you tipped them – something we’ve never experienced in a 5-star hotel before. However, Esmail was a shining exception! He was incredibly kind, always smiling, full of positive energy, and treated us with genuine friendliness. Because of him, we spent every evening at this bar, as it was the only place where we truly felt welcomed. For his outstanding service, we award Esmail the title of Best Employee of the Hotel! Thank you, Esmail, for making our stay so much more enjoyable. Andrea & the Slovak family :)

Hotel hat Potential aber leider stimmt außer den Zimmern und der Anlage nichts. Getränke nicht genießbar. Alkohol aus Plastikflaschen und Softdrinks schmecken nach Chlor als würde man aus dem Pool trinken. Service eine reine Katastrophe. Die Kellner haben keine Lust. Hygiene an den Bars unterirdisch. Schlecht gespülte Gläser und Becher. Meine Freundin hat Herpes bekommen. Gläser kommen noch nass einfach nur ausgespült mit Lippenstifträndern an den Tisch. Plastikbecher werden nur ausgespült und nass gestapelt. Absolut widerlich. Gäste, die schon öfter da waren, haben wissentlich ihre eigenen Gläser mitgebracht. Das sagt schon alles aus. Röhrchen gibt es auch keine. Im Pool mit der Bar schwimmen kleine Brocken rum welche sicher von dem versifften Kescher mit dem der Poolboy neben uns im Wasser rumrührte und daraus kleine Partikel kamen. Somit waren wir auch nur einmal in diesem Pool. Alles total überteuert. Eine Schachtel Zigaretten, 5,00 € in Hurghada habe ich sie für 1,50 € gekauft. Das spiegelt sich aber in allem wieder. 50 Minuten Massage 50 € mein Fazit nie wieder Marsa Alam. Durch die Abgelegenheit kann das Hotel seine Preise selbst bestimmen. Ich bleibe bei Hurghada. Dort kann man sich ein Uber rufen und hier und dorthin fahren. Die guten Bewertungen kann ich nicht verstehen!

His cocktails were fantastic! 🎉 A big thank you as well to manager Manmoud Belal, who ensures top-notch service and creates a wonderful atmosphere at the bar. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit meiner Frau und zwei Kindern im Fantazia Resort (Sirena Beach Resort). Alles ist sehr sauber und das Essen ist mehr als köstlich. Wir genossen die Sonne und das schöne Meer und den wunderbaren Service. Ganz besonders gut wurden wir von dem Kellner Ismail in der Panorama Bar bedient. Er ist ein sehr freundlicher und fleißiger Mensch. Und noch ein Mister Ismail ist uns positiv aufgefallen. Er ist der Koch im Serena Restaurant. Der Name scheint in dem Hotel unter einem guten Stern zu stehen. Denn wie uns der Barkeeper Ismail am letzten Tag erzählte, heißt der Besitzer des Hotels ebenso und er ist stolz und glücklich für ihn arbeiten zu dürfen. Alles in allem können wir einen Besuch in diesem Hotel sehr empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub dort.
