Nice new hotel but the staff doesn't follow the food is good but not extraordinary the reception staff doesn't understand what you are asking for the bed in the room (junior suite) be careful of the sharp corner of the bed I hurt my leg!! In short the price is too high for what you get. The JAZ AMARA IS MUCH BETTER IN EVERY WAY!

Resort nuovo dotato di tutti i comfort. Si raggiunge in circa un ora di macchina molto comodo alla maggior parte delle escursioni. Staff super gentile e disponibile. Ottimo anche il pontile con il quale si può raggiungere comodamente la barriera corallina.

L’hotel è situato a circa un’ora dall’aeroporto di Marsa Alam, la struttura è nuova e moderna, la stanza con vista mare era super spaziosa, fornita di tutto il necessario, pulita e riordinata ogni giorno. Il cibo molto buono, abbiamo sempre mangiato tutto senza aver avuto nessun tipo di problema. Abbiamo provato i cocktail in tutti i bar ed erano davvero speciali. I ragazzi dei ristoranti, dei bar, dell’animazione, delle escursioni e di tutti i servizi sono delle bellissime persone, dolci e molto disponibili, sempre con il sorriso. La barriera corallina davanti all’hotel è molto molto molto bella, nonostante tanti dicano che sia morta, un po’ lo è ma ci sono comunque tantissimi pesci. La spiaggia è ben fornita, pulita e con mare ad accesso diretto e anche con il pontile per fare snorkeling. Ci sono moltissime attività come lo stretching, beach volley, yoga,ecc. Alla sera ci sono moltissime attività e sempre diverse. Super consigliato!!!
