The hotel is nice and all the staff are very freindly the food is good the animation team are doing a great job and effort especially with my baby and big thanks to Yasmine from the animation team she is so lovely also Chaimaa in the Spa she do a good massage and Ihab and Haytam from the restaurant they are so freindly they give you all what you need and i will not forget the waiters that are so freindly i enjoyed the stay here and i recommend it.

Wir hatten im Amarena Queen, wo es nachts absolut still war, eine optimale Zeit. Die MitarbeiterInnen gehen auf die individuellen Wünsche ein und waren sehr sehr lieb zu meinem Kind. Meiner Meinung nach hat das Resort die Auszeichnung „besonders kinderfreundlich“ verdient. Ich wurde oft gefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei und auch auf Hinweise zur Verbesserung wurde unverzüglich und professionell reagiert. Haben Ausflüge über das Hotel gebucht: Kamelreiten, der Führer war sehr rücksichtsvoll, freundlich und authentisch. Mit dem Quad fahren und bei Sonnenuntergang ein Beduinendorf besuchen. Schöne Musik und gute Verpflegung. Besonders imposant war die Bootsfahrt zu Delphin Island wo wir unterwegs hunderte Delphine sahen. Im Vergleich zu anderen bereisten Ländern auffallend saubere Strände. Hier haben die Ägypter eindeutig erkannt, wie wichtig der Schutz des Meeres und des eigenen Landes ist. Egal, mit wem wir in Ägypten Kontakt hatten, alle waren sehr freundlich. Die Pools werden resolut sauber gehalten. Es gibt Regeln, die Verletzungen vermeiden sollen und diese werden durch das Personal vorbildlich umgesetzt und eingehalten. Vielen Dank für die Fürsorge. Mein Kind hatte oft einen Bademeister fast nur für sich. In einer Situation, wo der Bademeister dachte mein Kind hätte ein Problem, sprang er in Sekundenschnelle ins Wasser. Also für die Sicherheit meines Kindes war immer bestens gesorgt. Es gibt auch einen Kids Club und mein Kind konnte dort malen und eine gute Zeit verbringen. Danke an die Betreuerin vor Ort. Ebenso an das tolle Animationsteam sowie die tägliche Kinderdisko. Mein Kind hatte ein gesundheitliches Problem: innerhalb von 5 Minuten wurde durch die Rezeption ein Arzt organisiert der dann eine ausführliche Anamnese vorgenommen hat. Er nahm sich sehr viel Zeit bzw. ging er so vor, wie man es von einem Arzt erwartet. Das kenne ich gar nicht mehr, dass sich ein Arzt so viel Zeit nimmt. Ich denke, dass das Hotel sogar für Eltern mit körperlich beeinträchtigten Kindern sehr geeignet ist da die meisten Wege ebenerdig zu finden sind und die Fürsorge der MitarbeiterInnen garantiert ist. Am Strand sind genügend Liegen vorhanden. Vom Steg aus, kann man Millionen Fische sehen und ins tiefe Wasser gehen. Ich hatte mir dort eine kleine Wunde zugezogen. Wirklich nichts Besonderes. Die Bademeister hatten dort am Steg sofort wasserdichtes Pflaster und Desinfektionsspray parat. Ehrlich, das ist absolute Spitze. Der Mitarbeiter Herr Taj, welcher unser Zimmer reinigte, verdient wegen seiner Freundlichkeit, Akkuratesse, Kreativität und Umsicht eine besondere Auszeichnung. Ebenso der freundliche Barkeeper Mr. Mosaab sowie der Porter Mr. Ali. Der Reinigungskraft hatte ich gesagt, dass wir ein Insektenspray wegen der nervenden Mücken brauchen und prompt, stellte er uns eine ganze Sprühdose ins Zimmer. Ho soggiornato in questo resort per una settimana e nel complesso la mia esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. Il personale merita un riconoscimento speciale per la loro professionalità, gentilezza e disponibilità. Ogni membro dello staff si è dimostrato cortese e sempre pronto ad aiutare, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più confortevole. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, la varietà dei piatti durante la settimana è stata buona, ma ho notato che alcune pietanze erano più riuscite di altre. In particolare, la pasta potrebbe essere migliorata, ma nel complesso la qualità del cibo supera la sufficienza.
Le camere sono davvero spaziose e vengono pulite ogni giorno in modo impeccabile. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati. Ad esempio, la mancanza di una cabina doccia fa sì che il pavimento del bagno si bagni frequentemente, e durante il soggiorno ci sono stati alcuni cali di tensione con interruzioni della corrente.
Il resort è molto grande e davvero bello. La piscina centrale è spaziosa, e c'è un'altra piscina con scivoli che è adatta sia per adulti che per bambini. Una delle cose che ho apprezzato maggiormente è la vicinanza alla spiaggia, raggiungibile direttamente dal resort. La distanza tra i lettini è ampia, il che garantisce un ottimo comfort e privacy. Il pontile permette di raggiungere il mare, dove è possibile ammirare la barriera corallina, un’esperienza mozzafiato,unica pecca,mancanza di personale che parla italiano
