very nice and relaxing and has very friendly staff. drinks' quality was subpar though and not all food served at the buffet was up to standards. all in all, it was a pleasant stay.

Bella struttura, hall da 5 stelle con bevande sempre fredde.abbiamo soggiornato 15 giorni 2 adulti e un bambino di 4 anni. struttura internazionale, camere ampie piscina molto bella e pulita con possibilità di divertirsi nell'area dell'acqua park (adatta per bambini piccoli e per adulti) la struttura ha del potenziale ma è gestita malissimo. Partiamo dalle bevande alla hall sempre perfette, mentre nei tre bar nel resort erano calde o non disponibili e nel migliore delle ipotesi annacquate. All inclusive inesistente oltre le bevande non c'è grande possibilità di mangiare fuori dai pasti. Possibilità di mangiare hamburger con patatine nel pomeriggio (di pessima qualità) gelato dalle 14 alle 16 al bar della piscina praticamente inesistente In 15 giorni ogni giorno c'era un problema, macchinetta rotta, gelato sciolto.. coppette senza cucchiaino, uno schifo. Cibo al ristorante sempre uguale , di pessima qualità, camerieri che tolgono le portate se ti alzi e rimani senza tavolo... Ristorante italiano alla hall pessimo disorganizzato in tutto,Malissimo vogliamo parlare dell'animazione? Dov'era? Inesistente, qualcosa in piscina ma al mare mai. Campi di tennis, basket e beach volley sempre vuoti. Mini club inesistente (c'è una casetta di legno molto carina che solo sollecitando lo hanno aperto la mattina due ore dove i bambini potevano disegnare e fare qualcosa. Sconsiglio le escursioni all interno alla metà dei soldi le prendi su internet. Mare accessibile anche dalla spiaggia che con l alta marea si creano delle piscine naturali molto belle. La struttura ha del potenziale e nel complesso ci siamo adattati ma se rimane così sconsiglio vivamente di andarci. Non è assolutamente gestito bene ed è un peccato

We arrived at this supposedly 5★ resort with three kids and a 78‑year‑old mother in a wheelchair. From the very first moment, our holiday turned into a nightmare: Suitcase with urgent medication disappeared immediately upon arrival. The staff and reception showed no urgency, no CCTV, no escalation—just indifference. Our pre‑booked room type never materialized. Beds, space, layouy and everything were completely different from what we reserved—despite requesting wheelchair‑friendly family rooms. We were made to wait over 3 hours past 14:00 to finally get into our rooms—exhausted and distressed. No offer of compensation. No apology. No help with relocation, despite our elderly and unwell family. We ended up spending all day asking housekeeping to move beds and make adjustments for cramped inadequate conditions. We are now scrambling to find another hotel—it’s nearly impossible with a wheelchair, three children, and a missing suitcase with vital medicine. Recommendation: Do NOT book this hotel unless you enjoy stress, illness risk, and hotel service failure.

Hotel was great, but what really made this stay truly amazing was the great animation team. Especially huge thanks to Isis and Mido whom made it unforgettable. Superior in involving, engaging and interacting with people in all ages. Huge applause.
