Ci siamo subito ambienti grazie all'ambiente molto accogliente camera ampia pulita, letto molto comodo numerosi cuscini, cucina Italiana ed egiziana splendido giardino e bel mare con la barriera un poco lontana ma cmq bella... tutto lo staff gentile e disponibile... una nota nel cuore le cucciolate di gattini che intrattengono noi clienti amanti degli animali ....

Ormai è la quarta volta che torno all' Emerald... Mi trovo molto bene, come in famiglia, ambiente raccolto non troppo grande, tutto vicino, non troppo dispersivo. Tutto perfetto, dalle pulizie al personale del ristorante e dei bar, sempre molto gentili è servizievoli nel ristorante tutto il personale fantastico....cito in particolare Hesham, ripeto meglio che in famiglia.... L' animazione incredibile Andrea, Federico torneisti, Francesca fitness spettacolare, Ilenia, Laila, Giulia Mini club tutti veramente bravi, disponibili sempre e di una umanità particolare... Torno per la quinta volta ad ottobre.... Che dire bellissimo complimenti..

Jest bardzo fajnie, polecam serdecznie, animator Mano jest bardzo fajny polecam, Jedzenie dobre. Baseny odpowiednie i w barze dobre drinki. Z pewnością wrócę tutaj z rodziną, widoki z hotelu są niesamowite. Animacje są odpowiedni i mega fajne.

Tutti accoglienti e sorridenti, in particolare modo Mohamed nella zona ristorante e Hamada Ashraf nella zona bar fronte piscina. Il resort ha un buon servizio spiaggia e il mare ha una grande varietà di pesci e se sei fortunato vedrai anche le tartarughe.
