我訂的兩晚標間，一晚海景房。
入住標間的時候雖然房間老化，衞生有問題，餐食難吃，但服務還算周到。
入住海景間的時候問題來了，我訂的是直面海景的，但他給了我側面海景房，本來想算了，但出現了圖片上這樣的問題，於是我要求換房間，我展示圖片以後，仍然不給我馬上換，説要等人確認，最後來了一個清潔工，一個大堂經理和一個清潔工花很多時間討論這件事情，然後我就炸了，我立馬質問他，要求趕緊換房，他看樣子不服，但還是給我換了房間，中途我説：你們總是給亞洲人最差的房間。他還狡辯。結果到了新房間，我一看，這是標間，不是海景間，真的拿人當**耍，我又去吵架，終於給我換了直面海景的房間，但這個房間，沒有洗手液，沒有沐浴露，且我發現桌子上很多螞蟻在爬，太噁心了，沒拍照。賓館其他人的態度都非常好，這點表揚，但前台職位最高的精力，看起來並不認真處理顧客的訴求。
總之別入住，活了二十多年，第一次有那麼糟糕的住宿經歷，我認為攜程作為中國人信任的旅行預訂軟件平台，不應該再上架這種歧視中國人，不拿中國人的訴求當回事的賓館。

Do not book this hotel. Really needs eenovation. Animatie is a laugh. Staff are fighting with eachother. No glasses at bar so no drinks. No airco in lobby. Food is bad. We are going to another hotel. Waste of money

The staff who work here are very friendly. The food is decent, but there's no internet in the rooms, which is a bit lacking. The entertainment is great. The beach is beautiful, and the water is warm.
