I spent eight wonderful days at the hotel. The hotel complex is large, clean, has working Wi-Fi throughout the complex, and the food is good. Unfortunately, I had severe digestive problems (Pharaoh's revenge). So I had to use the services of the hotel's 24/7 Clinic. Dr. Abdelrhnon Saad took very good care of me. And I would like to thank him for that.

We stayed at your hotel with our family for less than two weeks and we must say that we were thrilled, in other words, it was luxurious. You won't find such a great hotel anywhere else in Egypt, specifically in Marsa Alam. The food was amazing and delicious. People could choose from all kinds of different dishes. The rooms were clean, and everything was always perfectly prepared every day. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always helping us every day. I mustn't forget the amazing team of entertainers who organized various competitions and entertainment every day. They really deserve huge praise. We want to go back there again.

Abdelftah was very helpful, as well as reception and finally the best Badawy -the waiter was excellent. We had great time snoorkeling and eating great food. The beach was calm and quiet, which was very relaxing. The bariery of dishes was really great.

I booked this trip spontaneously and it was the best decision. The hotel is clean, beautifully maintained, with a private sandy beach, coral reef at the shore, stunning pools overlooking the sea, fast Wi-Fi and delicious, varied food with plenty of local dishes. What really made the stay special was the staff — especially Abdelfattah, who not only took great care of order but also always brightened the day with his smile and friendly chats. Truly outstanding service!

I am very satisfied with this hotel, the food is good, the sea is fine, the rooms are fine, the people are nice, especially the cleaner Abdelftah is very pleasant and friendly, every day there is a beautiful and romantic surprise, 10/10 I recommend it!

This is our first visit to this hotel and it will not be our last we enjoyed everything the beach the fish the restaurants served delicious and tasty meals and the room was always clean and professionally arranged we had a room server named Abdel Fattah he was very cheerful and had a big smile he was always helpful and made us smile thank you
