The hotel grounds are clean, green and well-groomed. Nice beach, sand. Clean pool. It’s cozy and comfortable to relax under the ficus trees, on a high-quality lawn.

During check out, they automatically add on 1 euro to stay, some charity program they claimed that will help poor starving kids.
Is not about the $, but I hate it when people feel entitled that we should we donating this $ with the hotel taking all the credits.
Is not a big amount as our normal restaurants meals in Cyprus, we typically tip 5-10 euros.
But the fact that they add this amount into your bill before u agreeing to it, pissed me off
Bad service, lousy quality and service attitude for a 5 star hotel
Should have just top up 100-150usd to stay in four seasons
Hotel Reception attitude is the worst!

We took 4 rooms, with our kids, my parents and my inlaws. The party's age range was 10 to 92, and everyone had a good time. I imagine it's even better in summer, but the facilities were nice, there was a selection of food and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Dated hotel, the rooms are fine but the bathrooms are very dated. The bath is narrow so very difficult to have a shower. We stayed overnight for the NYE gala dinner. The food choose was pretty good, the choice of sweets average at best. The cost for this overnight stay is €420 euros. It’s well overpriced given the above comments. The hotel is in desperate need of a major renovation. It wouldn’t be rated as a 3 star in Dubai, sorry guys but you need to do better.

My husband booked for a package dinner and 1 night stay. I’m so disappointed with the food its very average! The dessert is ewwww. The music is only for Cypriots! So disappointed, never again celebrating new year’s eve in Cyprus. I’d rather be in bed. PS NO FIREWORKS DISPLAY!!!!

I went to st Raphael for New Year’s Eve December 31 with January 2 2025 overall it was awesome. We had a great time it was very good, very kind staff and very helpful st Raphael view of sea is very amazing great party, and also very international just an amazing hotel great stay.

My partner and I spent 5 days at the St. Raphael Hotel and we are absolutely thrilled! The service, cleanliness, food, and the spa area were all outstanding! What we especially loved was the stylish interior. The massages at the hotel are also highly recommended – it's the perfect place to truly relax. I have never eaten so deliciously in my life as I did at The Golden Monkey restaurant – simply indescribably delicious! Additionally, the hotel is extremely family-friendly. All in all, a highly recommended experience!"
