Turquoise pyramids palace hotel is one of the best villa 👌 style hotels near the great giza pyramids with the best front office manager Mr. Mohamed & the best guest relations Sahar & all the front office reception team Sama ، Habeba & offcourse the great gentleman Essam where all are the best 👌 of the best , also you will find her the best hospitality and all efforts from the very good housekeeping team 😀 really appreciate your friendly efforts for making all guest 100% satisfied , thank you very much all the friendly team , I vote for you the best 👌 hotel in this pyramids area 👍

The staff was very helpful. Since there were a few problems with our room on the first day, they immediately changed it to another room. They helped us buy tickets to go to another city. The location is not very central, but we could easily get everywhere by Uber. There are many nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Thanks to this, we were able to try a different place to eat every day. We had a nice time in the garden of the hotel in the evenings. The things I can say negatively are that the ventilation of the rooms on the ground floor is problematic. We even had a hard time drying our clothes. Still, we had fun overall. We would like to thank all the hotel staff.

The worse hotel ever I seen. I no suggest it for anyone. So rude staff and bad rooms with terrible breakfast. The hotel looks nice from outside but when you go inside you will see the troubles
