Nicht zu empfehlen!!! In die Jahre gekommenes gammliges Muffiges Hotel ... ist zwar toll gelegen der Pool ist auch schön anzusehen .. ABER 😳 es stinkt dem nassen nach Muff und Schimmel ... haben auf dem Balkon versucht zu schlafen ! ... sind am nächsten Morgen umgehend wider abgereist ... Schimmel in der Dusche ... das und das Duschen begannen ist .... geht lieber wo anders hin hier verliert ihr die Lust an Erholung ... am Abbrechen wird man übrigens auch reingelegt !!! 1 Bier 1450.- 🙈

I must say this stay was one of the best stays so far,This place was first recommended by one of my friends and since then we have been excited to experience what the WATTURA resort had to offer and it clearly did not disappoint. We booked a two night stay at one one of the villas, And when we checked in it was quick and smooth,we did not have to wait as they quickly took us to our villa and the payments were done at the villa itself which was convenient. The villa was amazing,had our own mini private pool and the room was quite spacious and I guess the highlight was the bath room with a nice tub in the middle and the shower area with a papaya leaf inspired shower which was quite interesting, When we checked in we were introduced to THARAKA who was there to assist us at any given time,and he did not disappoint us at all, We communicated from watsapp and he was always quick to respond and attend to our needs. From the dinner to breakfast he gave us the option of dining at the villa or the Pappali restaurant at our own convenience. The food was really good and the portion size was perfect too.only thing I could highlight as a minus was that the carbonara pasta was made with cream which was still tasty but could have done with cheese and egg yolk. The main pool was also really nice in the evenings overlooking the sea. All in all we had an amazing time thanks to THARAKA who was always assisting us and the rest of the staff who were also very friendly. Thank you and we would definitely come again to have even better experience than this.

Wonderful spot to stay. The hotel is very well constructed, practical, we had a room on the riverside, surrounded only by nature, trees, water. The staff is so nice also and food delicious. A special mention to Kushan, who took a great care of us and our 3 years old daughter 🥰

The resort was nothing short of spectacular. From the service to the attention to detail. We want to thank all of the staff who made our stay absolutely phenomenal and memorable - Mr. Tharaka, Ms.Kusala, Mr. Kalpadilanjana (who, if he didn’t reach out to me so promptly, we would have ended up booking elsewhere), Mr. Thilina, the manager Mr. De Zoysa and Mr. Tishan. The food was above and beyond one’s best expectations and the quantity staggering. The pools were sparkling, cool and calming. The beaches were clean and mesmerizing, with its tranquil shores and beautiful breeze. The kids had a variety of things to do in the game room, and at the kids water playground. We were also able to play some pool. If there is any suggestions we could make it would be the availability of the transportation at a more nominal price and to ensure all the arcade games are working. For the price we paid we went in with very high expectations and our expectations were easily met and exceeded. Thank you so much for the vacation of a lifetime.

Beautiful location .friendly staff. Awesome food. Kids water play area . And so much more. A gem so close to Colombo. Definitely will come again. beach is so peaceful and nice place to relax .rooms were spacious and comfortable.Thank you for the lovely stay 💕

Wattura is a luxury boutique hotel next to a beautiful beach. It's peaceful and calm but has a seperate water park and kids arcade to keep the kids occupied for hours. The staff including anju and pasidu who served us in the restaurant are excellent.

Great for kids as there is a great water park and games room. The suites are spacious and comfortable. The place is quiet and relaxing and the food was pretty good. We received lovely service from Anuja at the restaurant. The beach is nice too.

Best part of the stay was they were very kid friendly, Navindu very helpful in serving us. This is our second visit it was good as the first time we visited. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. The kids water park area was fun and the rooms were very clean
