This is the first time I have experienced the low quality of a hotel in Paris. Although the location is good, the hotel facilities and services still need to be improved. The front desk staff are quite polite, but the restaurant staff must be trained and improved.

The welcome is friendly, the room pleasantly furnished and the location ideal. However, the cleaning is obviously sloppy, so much so that one hesitates before touching the objects and getting into bed. In this period of Covid, this is not necessarily reassuring.
