Great place 👌 Continental breakfast 👎 This is a great place that is hidden away from the main street crowds but close enough to walk to everything too. We only go on Sunday or Mondays to avoid the large crowds. Although everything was clean, we were disappointed that there was zero music being played at the pool area. There were no pool towels available by the pool, so I wnt inside to aske for a couple, i was handed old worn-out towels, one of them had shreds hanging off of it. Both towels should be thrown away, never given to patrons. The advertised "continental breakfast " on their website which used to be awesome but not so much now with the new owners. Pre packaged muffins and cereal & only about 2oz of milk left in the fridge , luke warm coffee & juice were the only things they have now.🙁. A continental breakfast typically consists of bread and pastry items like toast, bagels, or muffins to a selection of fresh fruits and yogurt options. Beverages like juice, coffee, and tea will usually be available, along with milk and cereal. On the bright side our room was ready early when we arrived & we were also able to get a late check out. Overall we still love this hotel and will go back, but they definitely need to step it back up to par where it used to be with the pool area and continental breakfast or they will start to suffer losing business.

Hotel is a little tired. Can do better for $200 a night. Staff were nice. Location okay. Pool area and bar okay. Golf cart rental was reasonable. The breakfast needs a lot of work! Not even close to a Best Western continental so that should tell you something. Need to have someone attend to it so customers don’t have to go to desk and ask for milk,coffee ect.

I wish we’d known it was off season . Nothing was open . Asked for a refund for the 2nd night or to switch the dates , negative . We left a day early and ate the money … very disappointed in the whole trip

Sure! Here’s a review you can use or tweak for *******: --- We visited during a non-tourist time, so it was pretty quiet. After check-in, the receptionist was nowhere to be found for the rest of our stay, and the place felt a bit deserted. Most amenities weren't available, and the furniture was quite old and outdated. That said, the check-in process itself was smooth, and I was satisfied with the bathroom and the overall cleanliness of the room. One suggestion: they really need to install some vending machines that are actually working—there were none in working condition during our visit, which was disappointing. Overall, not terrible, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I requested first floor due to my handicap and Jackie said none available. Then the room was dirty and the TV was green aliens. My husband tried to get color but the batteries were bad. After new batteries the tv still needed to replaced.

Decent stay, room was a little dirty and property is showing it's age. Customer service was PERFECT.
