Hotel is a little tired. Can do better for $200 a night. Staff were nice. Location okay. Pool area and bar okay. Golf cart rental was reasonable. The breakfast needs a lot of work! Not even close to a Best Western continental so that should tell you something. Need to have someone attend to it so customers don’t have to go to desk and ask for milk,coffee ect.

Do NOT stay here. Unfortunately the Owner would not credit more than $125 total after this: 1) Upon room entry vap/smoke smell which kids and wife noticed as soon as we walked in. 2.) A/C broke and saturated carpet on entire side of room. 3.) A/C was fixed temporarily but broke again befor midnight and unfortunately had to try and sleep with no A/C in July the whole night. 4.) A/C was not fixed again until late afternoon AFTER I had to request it being taken care of twice. We could not spend time in room whatsoever because it was too warm. 5. A/C was fixed finally later that afternoon. A credit of 1 night would have been fair, instead the Owner had his Ops Mgnr offer an insulting and laughable credit, and this was after going back and forth twice. Don't expect fair and reasonable compensation from ownership of this establishment.

Very friendly helpful staff; they worked hard to be accommodating. Outdoor stairs are rusty and had holes. Bix springs showing wear. Pervasive sewage-like smell in the room; we used air fresheners and air conditioner to try to mitigate. Shower temperature takes some finessing.

Bad experience, they gave us keys to a room that was not cleaned at all the old people trash and used items were there. Then the new room had a broken tv they never came up to fix and then the fire alarm went off at 7am. Bad experience.

I wish we’d known it was off season . Nothing was open . Asked for a refund for the 2nd night or to switch the dates , negative . We left a day early and ate the money … very disappointed in the whole trip

Sure! Here’s a review you can use or tweak for *******: --- We visited during a non-tourist time, so it was pretty quiet. After check-in, the receptionist was nowhere to be found for the rest of our stay, and the place felt a bit deserted. Most amenities weren't available, and the furniture was quite old and outdated. That said, the check-in process itself was smooth, and I was satisfied with the bathroom and the overall cleanliness of the room. One suggestion: they really need to install some vending machines that are actually working—there were none in working condition during our visit, which was disappointing. Overall, not terrible, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
