酒店環境和設施一般般，並不算上什麼高檔酒店，不匹配這個價格，另外一樓餐廳，樓上客房，到了晚飯時間味道很大，私密性也不好，而且酒店基本沒有任何服務而言，行李要自己提，關鍵還需要上樓梯，管理也混亂，最差的是前台發票不能當場開，之後發郵箱，發現錯誤溝通之後沒有任何回覆，到目前為止還沒有把正確發票開給我，這是我在哥斯達黎加目前住過最差的酒店，所以不會再去

Small hotel with great staff. The breakfast was my highlight with delicious food, good choice and kind service. The drinks were so good. We had a great chat with the bartender on cocktails. We had dinner at the hotel as well, which did was good as well. Fantastic experience. One thing that surprised me was that the toilet in our room was not behind glass but it didnt really bother us, we found our way :)

Excellent location, wonderful and helpful staff. It was great to be looked after by people who took the time out to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. The location by the beach was wonderful, close to kayaking and swimming. Food and drink was very good and reasonably priced A 5 minute trip to Puerto Viejo also means that you can get to sample other restaurants if you so wished. I would definitley recommend and would come again.

The hotel's online imagery is impressive, but in reality, the room layout prioritizes style over function. Storage is minimal—even for travelers with only carry-on luggage. Our room had a persistent issue with ants falling from the ceiling onto the bed throughout the night. There was no insect net, and sleep was significantly disrupted. Management’s proposed solution was ant traps, which did not address the issue adequately. We lost power at least 3 times in 24 hours - we could have looked past this for a luxury eco-stay, but no power means no AC + ants... it was a lot. We chose to check out early but were still charged for the full stay - they have a policy. The beach is nice, and staff—especially in the restaurant—were courteous. However, food and drink prices were high compared to similar beachfront resorts nearby - like $12 US for a cup of hot tea. Breakfast was below average, and left me feeling like we made a good decision to skip the tasting menu dinner and walk to a local soda instead. We also experienced a communication lapse at check-in when our room was ready but no one informed us. Overall, a visually appealing property that fell short on comfort, functionality, duty of care and service follow-through.

Schönes Boutique Hotel an fantastischer Lage mit eigenem Strand an welchem generell nur sehr wenige Leute baden. Supernettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, selten so erlebt. Exzellentes Essen und sehr schöne Zimmer. Jederzeit wieder!

Красивый небольшой новый уединенный отель. Номера чистые, мебель и сантехника новые. Номера с видом на море. Утром прямо с веранды номера наблюдали за ленивцем и обезьянками. Завтраки и ужины хорошие, но иногда приходилось долго ждать.

Elegant design and tasteful decoration with open air restaurant and quick walk to the beach. Staff was always busy cleaning walkways.
Room was poorly designed with clothes hangar over the bar area and nothing in the slot that looks like a closet. The door was made for ADA, but had to be unlatched from the floor and tri-folded to open it. Otherwise only about 20" wide.
There were notices that read "anything you need..just ask". But the few things I asked for weren't available.

Stunning, beach, rooms, breakfast all fabulous - stayed 3 nights, could have easily stayed longer.
