Four Points by Sheraton Punta Gorda Harborside

Great place to stay! In town for work and couldn’t of been happier with the staff, the food, and the cleanliness of the overall establishment. Will definitely recommend to anyone in the area

I did not meet a single person who wasn’t friendly. From the front desk( Clyde & Linette) to our server at the Spinnaker Bar (Trish) they made our stay amazing!

Lauren G at the front desk was very professional, very kind and very caring. She made our stay memorable. She made us feel like at home and went above and beyond to please us . Lauren G is an asset to your hotel. All the associates we met had a very positive attitude and were all smiling and happy to great all the guests. The breakfast server and the bartender were also very professional and efficient. The hotel and the bedroom is well maintained , the bed very comfortable and everything is very clean . The service and the positive attitude of the associates who works at your hotel are better than some 5 stars hotels I have stayed during my years of traveling. Thank you Lauren G for making our stay in your beautiful one of the best we ever had. We will remember for ever.

In the Dark, but not the Hotel’s fault. Was staying two nights but 30 minutes after I checked in, the power to 1/2 the town went off. I had to check out and could not stay. Hotel accommodated the cancellation.

The hotel was ok. The views were awesome from our balcony room,but all the balconies face the main road so it was noise. The room was not ready when we arrived at 330 but the staff worked hard and it was ready a few minutes after we arrived. Music at the tiki hut was ok. I was very disappointed that they did not offer a complimentary breakfast. Most of the near by restaurants offer this. All of the staff were very accommodating!

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and am always amazed at how fantastic everyone is here. The location is fantastic with a bar and restaurant out in back of the restaurant right on the water. The hotel also has a lobby bar that is fantastic! A special shout out to Josalynn at the front desk for making our birthdays and stay so very special ! We were planning on staying just two nights and moving on but decided to extend our stay. Kudos goes out to everyone involved with this hotel that keeps it running smooth and feels like home.
