I want to acknowledge Lauren G. at the front desk and Jeannie in the restaurant. People remember how they make you feel. These people made my wife and I feel special for no reason. I look forward to returning. Room was clean, food was good, service was Ritz Carlton level.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and am always amazed at how fantastic everyone is here. The location is fantastic with a bar and restaurant out in back of the restaurant right on the water. The hotel also has a lobby bar that is fantastic! A special shout out to Josalynn at the front desk for making our birthdays and stay so very special ! We were planning on staying just two nights and moving on but decided to extend our stay. Kudos goes out to everyone involved with this hotel that keeps it running smooth and feels like home.

This was our 4th trip to the Four Points since 2021. It is consistently great every time. The rooms are clean and quiet, the pool area is fun, the entertainment is top notch and the staff are high energy and friendly. Thanks to Lauren G. at the front desk for recognizing our Bonvoy status. We met the Four Points Manager, Craig, several years ago. He runs a wonderful hotel. Every time we come here, they are updating or painting and making the hotel shine.

We were on the 5th we walked in i set the thermostat at 74 and went to bed. the next morning the room was warm again thermostat said 76, no wonder I was restless and hot. When downstairs to tell them, left the hotel came back hours later and the room was 68 GREAT they fixed it. So I lowered it to 74, went to bed. Same restless warm night. The next morning I was told by the manager the temperature can go up as much as 2 degrees. Great why didn't anyone tell us or post it on the wall. Don't bother to write CEO Anthony Capuano because he will just send it to Sara. We paid to much money to be uncomfortable. PS beware they charge a resort fee too.

Amazing hotel with an incredible staff. Linette and Lauren at the front desk were delightful and very helpful. The rest of the staff was friendly. Can't wait for my next visit.

Excellent Sunday Jazz brunch. The blueberry French Toast bake was delicious. Debi Malinowski took such amazing care of our group. Montana was a phenomenal bar tender. I can’t wait to come back for dinner to try the fish I’ve heard so much about. Bravo.
