Great location, lovely and welcoming staff who will go out of their way to make your experience good. Wide variety of breakfast options, with great dishes cooked to order. Only negative was the relatively frequent power cuts, which caused some interruption.

I must say Latitude is the bestest buffet I have ever had. And the sauna and the steam besdie the gym, one should never miss to use that during their stay here.

We had booked for a Suite Room, on arrival to our surprise we were upgraded to the highest possible room- the presidential suite. Room was very good Very Good Service & Hospitality Food was very good Spa was awesome Overall 9.5/10 for my stay The staff was cooperative 👍👍👍👍👍

We stayed at Blue Diamond, Pune – IHCL SeleQtions – as part of accommodation provided by SAP Labs. The hospitality was truly exceptional — warm, thoughtful, and consistent throughout our stay. The staff and room service were excellent, and we enjoyed the swimming pool and delicious breakfast every morning. They gave us a sweet farewell with a cake and even gifted my mom a money plant she liked. The daily 6 PM Ganesh Aarti was a peaceful and memorable highlight. A truly special experience staying here with my parents. Having had the opportunity to experience a 5-star stay in Kyoto, Japan, I can say the warmth and hospitality here left an equally lasting impression. Big thanks to Manisha for handling all our daily needs with such kindness and care.

This time I went to Blue Diamond after a gap of more than 10 years and was pleasantly surprised to feel the same old world charm. Kudos to the management for maintaining the high standards. Breakfast spread was also good and the service immaculate. I would like to mention Mr Chetan who took good care during my stay.

Every one were helpfull,In room dining chef was amazing he made my order very delicious,priyanka , housekeeping ,staff GKV and reception people were friendly and had warmth caracters.

Stayed here for 2 days, hotel is the worst in its category We stayed in 510 , the room had a very suffocating odour which on bringing to notice of reception the room was changed at 2;00 pm night All the rooms are in bad condition generally , also staff unfriendly in particular one mr mateen Bhagwan whose is unfit for his job Only plus point is breakfast, buffet dinner is bad same stuff . Wouldn’t recommend this property, the Vivanta is much better option

This is an excellent Hotel with all Luxury amenities. The breakfast was excellent with a very widespread buffet and the staff will make anything reasonable which you want. The Chef spoke to me and all the guests to get our suggestions and feedback. Special mention of Mr Pinto and Chetan in the Latitude Restaurant. The dinner is excellent with a wide selection of food and sweets. Food was delicious, and the varieties were endless. The sweet dishes were most delicious and there was a wide variety. The Accommodation Manager Mr. Chetan Konde is the most efficient and takes care of all the guests needs. He went out of his way to see that my check in and out was smooth and even upgraded me to a suite at no extra cost.. The hotel is awesome; location is amazing very centrally located. This is the first 5 star Hotel in Pune and they have maintained the highest standards always. The rooms are very comfortable and well maintained. The General Manager of the Taj Blue Diamond Hotel Mr Melvyn Saldanha has wonderfully managed the hotel and sees to it that everything runs with clock work precision. This is a wonderful hotel in Pune so stay there for comfort and great service and comfort.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere which made for a restful night. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety and the quality of food was excellent.
