No network, no wifi connection, hotel abandoned, empty swimming pool, muddy, dirty, very little choice, empty buffet

All other hotels were fully booked during the summer vacation, so I booked Sally. The hotel is located on the far left of Redang Island. The only advantage is that you can see the sea as soon as you walk out of the hotel! I waited for almost an hour at the front desk to get the key. The room was on the second floor and looked towards the swimming pool, although there was not a drop of water in the swimming pool. There were two beds in the room, and an air conditioner only blew towards one bed, so the person in the other bed felt very hot. The water pipes in the bathroom kept screaming all day long at irregular intervals, making a lot of noise. I couldn't sleep at all on the first night, and went out to sea on the second day. I thought someone would clean the room, but they didn't. The trash can/used bath towels were not replaced. When I checked out at 8 o'clock in the morning on the third day, there was no one at the front desk. I looked for staff nearby and they all said I had to wait. At 8:40, the front desk slowly came and told me not to worry. When I checked in, he clearly told me to go to the front desk at 8 o'clock to wait for the tractor to take us to the pier. He touched the cricket's arrangement and another fifteen minutes passed. It was about to leave at 9 o'clock. The tractor finally came at 8:50 and bumped all the way to the pier and left this rotten hotel. Redang Island is very beautiful when the weather is good, but this hotel ruined my holiday mood

The location of the hotel is ok, but the facilities are too old, the mobile phone signal is very poor, and mosquitoes are easy to get into the room. I stayed for 3 nights and was bitten by mosquitoes a lot!

This should be my fourth time to Redang Island. There have been many changes since the epidemic. There are many more entertainment restaurants and hotels on the island, but I can’t say the service of this store is good. The catering is simple and excellent. The only bright spot is that the holiday home faces the sea, and the beach is right outside. But I won’t choose it again in the future.
