We were welcomed to this resort by attentive and friendly staff. Regarding the beds, they were uncomfortable; you could feel the springs through the mattress. There was no beach at this resort, but the pool was quite adequate. There were lots of tiny lizards in the bathroom and in the room.
The breakfast was poor; there was no toaster.

Don't trust the photos
Breakfast was really poor in choice; we only enjoyed the coffee.
The menu is limited in choice, and set drinks were often unavailable.
The hotel is located far from the island, so there are no restaurants nearby. We almost only ate at this one. The beach restaurant is good.
The pillows and blankets are very dirty; they only change the covers.
The staff does their best to help guests but are not really used to or trained with tourists.
I personally do not recommend this hotel because I would not return, unfortunately, despite the magnificent beach.

The service and the people were honestly so nice super friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff and the bus driver who drove us to and from our rooms the whole trip. The rooms were okay, I’d give them a 4/5.
But the food? Absolutely terrible. This was hands down the worst food I’ve ever had at any hotel in my life. The boiled eggs were rotten, the bread was old and stale there was literally nothing worth eating.
As for the private beach… total disaster. You have to go down a lot of stairs just to get to this so-called beach, which ended up being full of garbage and sharp rocks. Definitely not the relaxing beach experience anyone would hope for.
