The pristine sea in the hotel is amazing. As for the only five-star hotel on the island, I don't know how this standard is evaluated. First of all, the service check-in time is 15:00. At 18:00, the luggage was not delivered to the room. I checked in in the lobby and waited for the waiter to come to receive and check in, let alone a drink. The bathroom smelled musty and there was blood on the quilt. Even the door was broken. I had to ask the waiter to fix it when I went out, and waited for more than 10 minutes. The whole experience was really bad. The price was equivalent to the hotel. Although it was an independent sea area, it still cost 100🐎 per boat to go out. There was no difference from the scenery in Long Beach.

Choose to fly to the island without any hassle. The view from the room is super beautiful, and the service of the Chinese butler Maxx is also very nice, answering all questions. The staff at the front desk and restaurant are very polite, a perfect holiday experience. Will come again next time!

I stayed with a family of six in 2 interconnected rooms, everything was very well organised, buggy service was exceptional, food was the best if you like Asian and Indian food. Beach was very clean and sea was transparent as a glass.

I booked a single-family suite. The room environment is good and the service attitude is very good. However, the Chinese customer service in charge of reservations always misses the restaurant.

beach water and location were amazing. As was Hamdan our concierge. Italian and indian restaurant the bomb and some of the best we have tried. That being said, resort is tired, rooms vary and need updating and staff required further training on hospitality. If you are looking for excellent water beach, sand then it's great but it's not an overall 5 * resort.
