My room was generally clean, tidy and nice. But it was right next to the office facing the door so you couldn't have the curtain open. It wasnot that private but there were few quests so ok. The place was generally ok but the property lacked greenery and poor design meant it was close to other people. The staff were friendly but couldn't speak English well so the transaction were brief.

The room was very clean and tidy. The only chair was far too low, the hot water needs adjusting down, the pathways are very uneven, the gardens were very overgrown. I needed to assist a guest as she could not reach the door bell to call the manager for assistance

We arrived early and were greeted with a smile and a choice of room.

The property was good for an overnight stay before flying out of Aukland the next day. The motel is located in a residential area where there is a short walk to stores and restaurants.
Although nothing special about the motel itself, we appreciated the easy drive to the airport the following day.

Upon checking was shown to a dark dismal room, which was very different to what we had seen on website. Carpets were dirty, curtain falling off railing. Room was not well lit and one room seemed to have no windows at all with a single bed and a small kitchenette with small table. Was then shown to another room and that was worse, down the side of the building away from the carparks. It seemed even darker. Location was ok. We did not stay so cannot rate anything else.

The room smelt very musty
There were no adequate mirrors in the unit at all. Just teeny tiny ones that were useless
Insufficient hanging area and not enough coat hangers.
