Facilities: Conveniently located next to the beach, but the beach is rough
Environment: The environment is OK
Service: The service is a bit delayed. After missing the room cleaning time in the morning, I had to notify them twice in the afternoon before they came to clean. The daily coffee was not replenished in time and was only given after calling. The software does not meet the standards of this level of hotel

Staff were all so sweet especially the hostess and servers in the buffet restaurant. Also very comfortable beds l, and the maid service was fantastic and accommodating. This was our sixth stay at this location and we will definitely be back.

Pros:
- Good location
- Huge rooms
- Close to Malecon
Cons:
- Too crowded
- Noisy
- Only real option for lunch is their buffet place
- Pool is not clean
- Time share
- Staff could be a little more friendly
- Buffet is too busy/crowded
We had paid via Trip.com for the room with breakfast buffets included. The check-in staff said the payment has not been done and we still had to pay for the room and buffet separately. After 2 hours of confusion and waiting with a 1 year old, it was finally resolved. The staff did not feel sorry or apologize at all for their mistake.
