Spectacular service, delicious food, super well located, very close to the airport, clean facilities, clean pools, comfortable and clean beds, spacious rooms, 10/10 in the kitchen and in the service. We love it.

The facilities and the service are poor.
If you are looking for big rooms and a location close to the airport- then its worth it but other than that - it's JUST NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

Free airport shuttle to Puerto Princesa airport which is very convenient. The pool was nice. Friendly staff. They gave us a big room and it was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here. The bikes were rusty through and need to be replaced. They can cause an accident for guests using them. Please have your staff check the bikes. The kayak and paddleboard was cool to use for guests. I recommend this hotel in Puerto Princesa.

Good clean rooms. But mosquitos inside. Quite a lot. One bad experience with restaurant. Tried to bill me twice. Serice must improve, specially at the restaurant. You order one dish they will bring two and vice versa.
