El risor estaba rodeado de montañas verdes y un aire fresco que invitaba a respirar profundo. Desde el balcón de la habitación se veía un lago cristalino donde el sol pintaba destellos dorados al amanecer. Las habitaciones eran acogedoras, con sábanas suaves y un aroma ligero a lavanda que transmitía calma. El personal siempre sonreía y ofrecía ayuda con calidez genuina, como si estuvieras en casa. Cada rincón estaba decorado con detalles sencillos pero elegantes, creando un ambiente sereno. El desayuno incluía pan recién horneado y frutas frescas, perfecto para empezar el día con energía y felicidad.

Viva V Heavens es un hotel pequeño pero muy confortable. Lo que más destaco es la atención del personal, siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Las instalaciones son cómodas y bien cuidadas. Como puntos a mejorar, la señal móvil dentro del hotel y un poco más de variedad en la comida. En general, una buena opción para relajarse en un ambiente tranquilo.

This was our first all inclusive resort and I have to say we were extremely satisfied with the service and quality of all included amenities. I would like to recognize a few of the staff that went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional (Marie, Dawin, and Sophia). The entire staff was very attentive however these three went above and beyond!

Our experience here at viva heavens was good, it is a small resort with not much people, everything is clean and the room was comfortable, the food was good although the food at the buffet can get a bit repetitive and we didn’t expect the restaurants to only be open certain days. The pool is nice especially since there aren’t a lot of people so it isn’t packed, same with the beach, the water is clean. The check in and check out process was smooth.
