Well, I had a good vacation time here in pureto plata I was a solo traveller and I had a good team here to have a good time with the entertainment team was super good. They’re super friendly. They make me feel like our family. I would recommend everyone to visit once food was good beach is quite they also have a alot activities u cannot feel bored especially. Esther ,matteo ,speedy , timeo Sofia at lobby she was super friendly

First time traveling solo. Best resort if you're looking for a smaller resort. Beach is beautiful. Bar and resturant there too. Vendors are allowed all day long. Security 24 hours. Police patrol beaches. Market is a short walk and mall is very close. First floor of mall is more commercial, no bargaining. But go upstairs and have fun bargaining! Rosemery makes the best coffee drinks from the Cafe by the pool. The entertainment staff are so fun. I really have no complaints about the food or rooms.

My stay at the Viva Heavens Hotel was simply spectacular. The pathway to the beach is so beautiful. So many plants. Loved that. The food was decent. Visit the mexican ala carte. The drinks were good. Room upgrade was very much appreciated. Hot water. Lovely. Good service from most of the bartenders. Ricardo always taking care of me by the beach. Orelvis taking care me by the pool. The other older gentleman was wonderful too but I forget his name. I am a night owl. This resort has nothing going on really after 12am. They shut down the disco with or without people attending. Had to get bottle service delivered to an all inclusive. That's just... messed up. I do have to give it to Cesar at reception on the night shift for always answering my questions. Helping me out. I explained about the very long drive I had to do after my flight. He gave me a comp late check out. Probably saved my life. Thanks so much for that Cesar!

I absolutely loved my stay at this resort. The food was amazing and the staff was at the restaurant was very friendly and welcoming. The entertainment staff is really amazing. We had a great time with Bairon. Very nice guy. We invited them for supper but unfortunately only 2 of them could be there. We would absolutely go back to this resort and we recommend to anyone who wishes to have a nice vacation.

Wonderful experience, no complaints about the room or food. Given the low occupancy due to low season, everything was there. Maybe limited in food choices, but this is perfectly understandable, the a la carte restaurants rotate everyday so over a few days you can try them all. We had our wedding anniversary when we were there, and the staff went above and beyond to make it a memorable day. Thank you Jennifer, Sofia, Henry and all others to make this happen.
