Me gustó mucho el servicio en general gracias por la atención al capuchino y gracias a elvin la comida bien la habitación lo mejor de lo mejor gracias a los chicos de la piscina la playa un hermosa vista y el ambiente agradable y es el mejor hotel que e visitado en puerto plata

malheureusement beaucoup d'héritant au niveau des chambres qui avait de la moissisure et de l'eau qui coulait du plafond soit dans la salle de bain voir même au dessus des lits. Le buffet a été le même toute la semaine beaucoup de met de purée. il y a eu des bateaux de croisière qui prenait les chaises à la plage et l'hotel a été rempli de locaux qui ne prenait pas soin de respecter le sommeil des autres. les gens qui y travail sont très gentil et la plage était magnifique.

I went to this resort in March 2024. Adults only section. I much preferred the adults only area, it was private always a spot available. Quiet. I didn't like the music they blasted all day long. It was seriously loud and annoying, and there were no breaks from 10 to 8. That is something to keep in mind, I felt bad for anyone trying to put their kids down for a nap or something cause there was no way with that music going. There was a couple people who tried to bring there kids to our pool and security got them out fairly quick but had to be called. Restaurants were good but not really worth it. The buffet was phenomenal! I would come back just for that. Beach was good, water was a bit sea weedy, I didn't go in. There were people selling stuff all over the beach, it was a bit awkward. But what I really hated was being hounded by the time share guy. They hunted you down and made it hard to say no. As my first experience with a resort I will choose ones that don't have that. I didn't feel safe leaving the resort. There were armed military everywhere and the poverty through the town was pretty bad. I would go back, it was still a beautiful resort and the staff were great, food was awesome.

Excelente alojamiento , bueno en todo sentido de la palabra, solo deberían colocar más sombrillas cerca de la piscina pero fuera de ahí todo excelente, mención especial para narciso el del bar tiki tiki , excelente servicio atento , dispuesto , entregado , wao , personas así hacen que te de deseo de volver , nos vemos pronto ❤️

C’est ma troisième fois que je viens ici. Malgré quelques petits inconvénients, je suis très satisfaite de mon séjour. Les inconvénients que j’ai eu ont été réglés. C’est sûr en étant dans la section pour adultes seulement c’est beaucoup plus tranquille. Sauf les week-ends où beaucoup de Dominicains viennent en vacances. Je suis restée 2 semaines. Le deuxième week-end, la sécurité etait plus présente. Aux restaurants, la bouffe est excellente et au buffet le choix est très varié. Je crois ce qui fait la force de cet hôtel ce sont les employés. Ils sont d’une gentillesse incroyable et sont chaleureux. Que ce soit la femme de ménage, les barmans à la piscine, les serveurs et hôtesses aux différents restaurants et au buffet et les gens qui travaillent au service à la clientèle et à l’accueil sont tous fantastiques. Je ne nomme personne car j’aurais peur d’en oublié. J’ai passé deux semaines reposantes.

Das Hotel ist glaub schon etwas älter aber dennoch völlig ok. Essen fand ich auch gut. Die Restaurants sind auch alle ok bis gut. Personal wirklich Top!!!! Besonders zu erwähnen ist Franklin Cruz, ein sehr netter und vorallem sehr hilfsbereiter Mensch. Glaube auch eine Art Manager hier im Hotel. Hatten mit Restaurant Buchung Probleme und er hat sich gleich darum gekümmert mit dem Koch telefoniert was es gibt usw. Und das war der erste Tag aber ohne wenn und aber wenn er uns sah innerhalb der nächsten 2 Wochen immer gleich da und ob alles passt usw. Echt top dieser Mann!!!! Alles im allem ein gutes Hotel!

Considero este hotel como una gran experiencia familiar y de amigos, donde se conjuga el buen trato, el servicio y la buena acogida. Recomiendo además los restaurantes Italiano y Mexicano, así como el snacks, y restaurante principal. Sobre todo destacar a los empleados en su mayoría así como a los de seguridad Enmanuel y Antonio que con su trabajo aportan a través de la seguridad y los empleados del restaurante muy amables tanto los que sirven como los que cocinan ya que los platos son suculentos.
