We had a great time just relaxing!! Especially at the pools with drink in hand from the attentive waiters. Every part of the staff was attentive to all our needs. The food options were all good from the multiple buffets to the fine dining restaurants. The Hacienda Arrecife had the best lunch buffet for variety. The Alhambra had the best breakfast buffet with variety and quality of food. The French, Mediterranean, Italian and Mexican restaurants were all great. Ivan and Cali, our butlers, were very helpful with anything we needed from dinner reservations, to transportation, to our supply of wines, beer and soft drinks in our room. Another added positive aspect is having the use of the three resorts on the property. Spa: what a beautifully styled peaceful place to be. From the hydrotherapy sessions to the massages. The staff was highly attentive to your needs and highly professional in their work. Having my first manicure at your spa, I would like to give a shout out to Alba . She was friendly attentive professional and a wonderful person. I want to highly recommend her to others . She made me feel comfortable and her work was wonderful. Yobana was also a wonderful room attendant/housekeeper. She was highly attentive to our needs and always professional in her services. Your entire staff should be applauded for their dedication to excellence and the manner in which they treat their guests. Viridiana was excellent to work with in sales. No high pressure and always attentive to our needs and she made us feel that she was listening to us and work for our best interests.
