Orlando, Celine, and Jesus were our butlers at El Cid. They went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. They were all exceptionally friendly and professional. They made our trip even more pleasant.

Excellent services. Especially Ricardo and Sebastian as butlers. Also Paulo as a bartender, Candy the best and all the waiters like Suemi, Mauricio, the somelier Mauricio and Willys, captain Miguel and Pedro. Also the chef Jorge. All were great. Thank you for a great job. I forgot Heishel so nice

Our family of seven (including 2 four year olds) had a great time at this resort. It’s a beautiful place. The people are great. Orlando and David were fantastic with helping us get what we needed.

A week of rest and relaxing. Weather was hot but the pools were great. Luis, Noah and Hugo were the best butlers we have ever had, even decorated our room some for our 51 wedding anniversary.
