To open the gate, QR code didn’t work but we got the key from the safe box. QR code didn’t need. We were surprised that parking lot was the site of under construction building but there was no any problem.

The apartment has a kitchen, so you can cook for yourself. The service is average. The front desk is not near the apartment, so you can only communicate via WhatsApp. There is no late check-out. The luggage storage is a kilometer away. I had to give up ☹️

Communications (telephone, messages, emails) are only in Spanish, even if you attempt a request in English. Very debilitating when you don't say a word about it. The apartment is aging and not at all soundproofed, therefore very noisy. Hot despite the air conditioning (very very hot bedroom wall) The good points: spacious apartment, central location, close to the bus station and various restaurants. Practical.
