Just there for food, not staying in the hotel - started off well, good food - a wee hiccup with the order but we didn’t mind that at all as that’s easily done. Following delivery of our main course we became invisible - no drinks, no service, zero manners from the staff. We sat with empty main course plates for 45 minutes, unable to get further drinks or a dessert. When we finally got someone she was incredibly rude and STILL did not bring dessert menus. She was obviously just keen to tidy up and go home. We gave up, paid and left as she laughed with her colleagues. I would never recommend this place to anyone based on the service alone. Everywhere else in Portocolom was incredibly welcoming as well as having great food. This was our experience- you might have a better one with nicer servers, the food was good so this was really disappointing and put a downer on our evening.

das war dann leider das schlechteste Essen seit langer Zeit. Die Calamari fritto waren einzeln zählbar und eher gummiartig als genießbar, Portion für 22,00 € etwas schmal. Das angebotene und aus einer Flache ohne Etikett eingeschenke Olivenöl- ohne Charakter. Die Hauptgänge: Das gemsichte Gemüse vom Grillhuhn- verkocht und ohne geschmack, das Süßkartoffelpüree- eher als Dessert geeignet- so süß Der gegrillte Kabeljau- voll durch und die Beilagen überdeminsoniert. Die gebratenen Artischocken, voll Fett und nut bedingt zu geniessen. Der Service etwas unaufmerksam, obwohl der Betrieb nur 1/2 voll war. SORRY never again

Hervorragende Küche, nicht allzu grosse Karte und genau das ist gut so. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns durch die ganze Karte gegessen - alles war richtig gut, Qualität tip top. Oft lohnt sich eine Reservation und ganz billig ist es nicht - lohnt sich auf jeden Fall

Escogimos el menú de San Valentín. Como entrantes croquetas de bacalao bien, después unas alcachofas también correctas. A partir de aquí empieza el desastre, 40 minutos para que nos sirvan el tercer entrante; un canalón que además de llegar frío nos llegó reseco y recalentado. El remate nos lo dieron con el plato principal (salmón terayaki). Más seco que el canalón anterior (Estaba recalentado e incomestible) El postre correcto La atención del personal fue correcta. Pero nos fastidiaron un día que a priori tenía que ser especial.

Great food, sensible prices, the best people who are keen to get everything right. Really worth eating at HPC and this time my turbot was a full grilled fish and absolutely perfect. Just try it. Wonderful place and my local favourite restaurant
