Absolutely lovely hostel. Owner was very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Room was lovely with good quality, sturdy bunks (no creaking or broken ladders that you sometimes find). Air conditioning unit was a bonus too, as we went in later winter so still nippy at night and we apprecited the controllable heating! Nicely located on a quiet street, but still just a short walk from town centre. Would definitely recommend!!

Quiero felicitar a Sebastián y Esperanza pues son unos extraordinarios anfitriones. Decir que fueron amables es poco. Nos atendieron como reyes y no se complicaron porque llegamos más tarde de lo acordado, e incluso nos permitieron dejar nuestras maletas en la pieza antes del check in y al irnos después del check out. La habitación y el lugar impecables, desayunos exquisitos, todo maravilloso y demasiado bien atendido. Volveremos de todas maneras. Muchas gracias!! Ignacio Alejandro Aguilar

Bonita casona, céntrica, se puede ir caminando a varios lugares. La pieza sencilla pero con lo justo y necesario para hacerla confortable. La aislación de las piezas no es muy buena, se escuchaban los portazos de otras habitaciones. El desayuno es agradable, se agradecería que sumarán otras opciones para personas vegetarianas más allá de queso.

La atención por parte de los colaboradores y de los dueños fue muy hospitalaria, además la habitación esta bien equipada y los desayunos son increíbles. Debo mencionar que Sebastian siempre estuvo pendiente de los requerimientos, dando consejos de lugares que visitar, en resumen 100% recomendado.

Stayed here with my teenage son for 9 days. Comfortable, clean and well maintained accommodation in a good location in Pucon. Esperanza and Sebastian are great host; friendly, relaxed and always prepared to help and provide advise and recommendations.

Lucky's is a fantastic place. Sebastian and his wife (and son) are warm , welcoming and thoughtful. The rooms are tastefully designed, incredibly clean and well maintained, and comfortable. My husband and I stayed in a private room with an ensuite. The room was lovely and the airconditioning was welcome during the heat wave. Our 20 year old children stayed in the hostel part which was also fabulous. The grounds were lovely, we played bocci, paddle tennis and enjoyed the garden, hammock and seating. The shared kitchen was well equiped and also very organized and clean. The coup de gras were the breakfasts that were DELICIOUS (homemade bread and muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt and eggs.....This place is a gem!!!!
