We found the service at reception and at meals to be exceptional. The food was delicious at both breakfast and dinner. The rooms were spacious; the shower was great. The infinity pool was clean and refreshing after a full day of cycling through local villages to get to the waterfall. We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights here, and would highly recommend this accommodation to others."

"Absolutely stellar experience. The rooms were very pretty and clean, the views immaculate, and the overall vibe beautiful. The food was wonderful as well. But what entirely sets this retreat apart is the quality of the staff. Genuinely lonely people - very kind, and abundantly helpful. I celebrated my friend's birthday, and the receptionist Hoang, was very thoughtful, suggested some lovely activities, AND got us a cake. Honestly, the whole experience was seamless. Now for the guides. Loved the experiences they gave us, hope happy they were too engaged with us, and how well they explained and invited us into their culture. Special mention to Dung and Dinh. They were wonderful people! Highly recommend staying there - I rarely say this, but worth every penny!"
