No hot water in the shower. No warm water. Had to shower and wash my hair in ice cold water after traveling by car for 10 hours. Tried calling front desk several times and no answer, so just ****** it up because I needed to get back on the road. I communicated to hotel and they ended up ignoring me. .

Better than the average Best Western, not a motel. The room is big, the breakfast is average, the upside is that bottled water can be taken downstairs next to the bar, and there is coffee.

This hotel is unsafe and unacceptable. At the Best Western Plus Provo University Inn there was no hot water in the shower, wallpaper was peeling off the walls and there was black mold on the ceiling tiles above the door. I asked for a response and have been ignored which is outrageous. I am now asking for an immediate response and will be filing a complaint with the Utah health department. I do not believe leaving this review will do much since there are already several reviews online that describe even worse conditions including bed bugs, trash, filthy facilities and safety issues. If management and Best Western allow this property to operate in this state it shows a complete disregard for guest safety. Travelers should consider this hotel a health risk and avoid it entirely.

I honestly got scared after reading other recent reviews, but it was ok. We stayed here for two nights while dropping off our student at BYU. The place was slightly dingy, the hallways smell a little funky, the bathroom door stuck and the tub is older and stained. But there were no bugs, nothing was dirty, and breakfast was totally fine. Beds were clean and comfortable. Room temperature was nice and cool. For the cost savings compared to other close hotels, we would choose this one again. So really, I think if cost is a big factor for you, save a bit of cash and stay here.
