Really nice boutique hotel
Small hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. I am a very light sleeper and my room was right next to the elevator and the elevator shaft. I asked to be changed and the front desk manager was so helpful. The room I was then given was in tbe very corner of the top floor and very quiet and peaceful.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights, taking Bus 9B(2E ea) 1km from the Provins Station and arriving at 1PM. A smiling receptionist was quick to confirm our prepaid room and provide our key card. We took their lone elevator up to the 3rd floor. Room #38, located in the back, was nicely sized with a very comfortable king bed, desk with coffee/tea & water, charging outlets and an opening window to the upper town’s 12th C Cesar tower and Collegiate church. The toilet was separated from the sink/towel warmer/shower room by a small closet with hangers, robes & safe. The nice TV included Bloomberg Europe in English. With ample nearby cafes, we declined the 15E each lobby breakfast. This quiet hotel was 180m from the lower town’s large Monoprix and 800m from the upper town’s UNESCO Caesar Keep.

This really is a stunning hotel in a central location. Outside a typical upmarket French hotel very clean and smart, inside simply stunning all chrome and glass, never seen so many mirrors. The room was super smart with a huge in-room wet room, very comfortable with everything you could need. Breakfast was amazing, the best ever. and private parking just a short distance away. Provins is very pretty particularly the medieval area which is within walking distance of the hotel, also within walking distance a delicious Italian restaurant (name forgotten sorry). Highly recommended, we were only there one night en route but would have liked to stay longer, a really lovely hotel.

Dit hotel ligt in het centrum van het middeleeuwse stadje Provins . Zeer nette kamer in een mooi etablis*****t maar wel wat aan de (iets te ) kleine klant . Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt . Privé parking is beschikbaar iets verder op .

Très bon emplacement à quelques minutes du centre. Les chambres sont très propres et très fonctionnelles. J'ai pu apprécier les toilettes séparées de la salle de douche à l'italienne. Le couchage est excellent et permet de bien se reposer. Tout le personnel est accueillant et nous avons pu passer avec ma famille un agréable séjour. Je recommande particulièrement cet hôtel.

Personnel accueillant et agréable. Arrivé simplifié par le personnel rendant le tout rapide et agréable. Très bonne réactivité quant aux questions posées via la messagerie de l'application.
La chambre était propre et la salle de bain spacieuse. Petit bémol sur le temps d'arrivé de l'eau chaude qui cependant ne gâche rien en retour sur le séjour.
Nous reviendrons.

Bonne option de séjour dans la ville basse, "le Val", juste face à l'église Sainte-Croix en cours de réfection.
Il s'agit d'un hôtel particulier transformé en hôtel 4* : de beaux volumes, choix judicieux des matériaux d'aménagement, plateau thé-café en chambre.
Un espace "bar-terrasse en cour intérieure" est réservé à la clientèle : sympa !
L'établissement propose quelques places de parking moyennant paiement et réservation.
En continuant la rue Sainte-Croix, on accède à un large parking gratuit assez à l'écart : bon choix !
