Siamo stati in questa magnifica regione qualche settimana fa. Borgo Condé è a dir poco bellissimo. Tutto è meraviglioso, costruito ex novo con estremo gusto. Pulitissimo e il personale (TUTTO) super gentile e molto discreto. Bravi!! Per non poi parlare dei due ristoranti. Una cucina attenta, ricercata e autentica. Complimenti davvero; qui si assapora la vostra regione, e si vive la vostra storia. La cosa che comunque mi ha colpito parecchio, è la pulizia, la cucina, la gentilezza di tutto il personale e il luogo, magico. Se proprio devo trovare qualche cosa di migliorabile, è la zona relax della SPA al piano superiore è troppo piccola. Per il resto è magnifico. I vini prodotti dal titolare, e la linea di sua figlia, sono davvero ottimi e una degustazione è vivamente consigliata.
