"We had a very good stay at The Heritage Pattaya Resort. The property itself is well-maintained and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Although the location is a bit far from the main town, it actually worked in our favor as it was peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing family trip. The breakfast could definitely be improved in terms of variety, but we didn’t have any major issues with what we had—it was decent and satisfying. A special mention to the front desk lady (unfortunately, I can’t remember her name) who was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to sort out our rooms and managed to arrange for our family to stay in the same building, which we really appreciated. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay, especially for families and groups of friends looking for a comfortable and peaceful environment."

"This hotel stay truly exceeded all our expectations and was such a pleasant surprise! When we arrived by taxi, Ton from the hotel entrance staff very enthusiastically helped us with our luggage. The front desk staff, PLA, and another slim lady with a high ponytail (I didn't catch her name), were incredibly welcoming. They explained everything we needed to know and helped us check in. We arrived quite early that day and originally thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in, but they went above and beyond by preparing our room for early check-in and even upgraded us – so incredibly nice! A staff member brought our luggage up, and the best moment was opening the room door to find the air conditioning already on – a total lifesaver! The hotel also has a private pool and beach behind it, which were super relaxing with amazing views. I have to praise the breakfast; it was delicious with a wide variety of options, I made sure to get up for it every morning, haha. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven just a few steps from the hotel entrance, which was so convenient for our nightly pre-bedtime runs. I absolutely adore Pattaya and will definitely be returning to this hotel again. It's now on my must-stay list!"

"The staff at this hotel, from the friendly front desk agents to the helpful bellhop, were incredibly attentive. Before checking out, I needed a taxi to the station, but I couldn't get a Grab car. The bellhop (I'm not sure of his exact title) noticed me waiting for a while and proactively came over to offer assistance. He even had a front desk agent use his local number to book a car for me – so thoughtful! Next time I'm in Pattaya, I'll definitely choose to stay at J Inspiration Hotel again. Thank you!"

"This isn't a hotel, it's a homestay in an apartment building. The owner is Chinese, so communication in Mandarin is possible. The complex is located on Road 2, which is convenient and lively. The building itself is a bit of a distance from the main gate of the complex, so it's not noisy. It's not a new building, and the interior decor in the room is a bit dated. The infinity pool on the rooftop is beautiful. Unfortunately, there aren't many lounge chairs, and they're often occupied by foreign guests. I really wanted to experience a long-term stay, and the relaxed days were very enjoyable. Before check-in, I contacted the owner. On the day of arrival, I registered at the complex's main gate and waited for the housekeeper to escort me in. After check-in, there's no cleaning service, so you have to dispose of your own trash (there's a trash room on each floor). Luckily, the plastic bags from shopping were sufficient. You need an access card for the elevator, and a key for the room door. They can be used separately (useful if one person goes out shopping while the other stays in the room). The bathroom provides shampoo and shower gel, but other toiletries need to be brought yourself. There's also a hairdryer, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle. The electric stove in the kitchen is a bit weak. It's fine for frying eggs or blanching vegetables. Oil and salt need to be provided by yourself. Shopping and dining out on the street are very convenient. On the last day, because my flight was late, the owner allowed a late check-out until 12:00 PM. Overall, a great accommodation experience."

"I was very satisfied with my entire stay! 👍 I particularly loved the check-in process – no tedious queues, showing ID, or signing countless forms. After you successfully place your order, a dedicated butler adds you on WeChat, creates a group chat after you send a message, and you just pick up your key card upon arrival. It's worth noting that many Chinese travelers worry about safety nowadays, and when I took a taxi into the hotel, security personnel checked my booking before letting me through, which made me feel very secure. Even the elevator requires you to swipe your card once to press a floor. The occupancy rate is quite high, and there's a rubbish room on each floor, so trash doesn't sit in your room and create unpleasant odors due to the weather. The butler service was excellent too; they could book and arrange most popular activities in Pattaya with just one click, saving me the hassle of figuring things out myself. The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from the beach – fantastic! The hotel's interior is spacious and the environment is lovely. For this price, it's arguably the best value for money you can get. For other details, check the photos. There's an infinity pool on the 31st floor and a gym on the 30th. That infinity pool is incredibly photogenic! If you're not swimming, there are sun loungers nearby where you can relax and enjoy the stunning night view 🌃."

"The villa is good, clean, staff friendly. You can get to the market on foot. Taxi comes reluctantly and round. The villa is clean. We rented a house for two: a double bed room, next door.sleep space, work area. Smart TV, refrigerator, wardrobe, bathroom. A private pool on the street. With it questions: the light is switched on to the entire perimeter of the private part of the street. The music can be turned on through TV, but then mosquitoes and guests (gekcocks and other living) or with a column, a phone. The overall impression is good. The cost included breakfasts: 4 types of European (glaze, scrambles, omlet) and 1 Thai with pig. Additionally water, juice, toasts and safflower/ananas."

"The hotel isn't very close to the beach, but there's a free hourly hotel shuttle running until 8pm. The swimming pool is great with 2 cool areas for kids to play. There's a sandbox and an indoor play area. Rooms are big enough and come with a nice balcony, with a table and 2 chairs. Bathroom could be a little cleaner. The area around the hotel looks like a wasteland, but fortunately can reach a 7/11 and 2 other supermarkets within a 10-minute walk."

"It's a new and clean hotel with good rooms, but the shower partition makes the bathroom a bit cramped. We stayed on the ground floor with direct access to the pool. The pool was a bit dirty, seemed like it hadn't been cleaned. The room was nice and new, but not very soundproof. There were a lot of tour groups. There's parking, and a cute coffee shop on the ground floor with delicious coffee, haha. Regarding the hotel's shuttle service, they said it was available, but didn't specify that it runs on a schedule. They should really provide that information so guests can plan accordingly. Maybe it's my fault for not asking, but the hotel should be more comprehensive with their information. When I asked, they said the shuttle had just left and I'd have to wait a long time, then asked if I wanted them to call a taxi. Honestly, I wanted to use the hotel's service! I've seen reviews saying the reception isn't great; I don't know if that's true, but my experience was as I described. So, in the end, I just drove myself. Another thing is the breakfast staff – their faces were so unwelcoming. This really needs improvement. My friend visited too and said the same thing, and I think it might have been the same person. Smile! Just smile! Overall, I liked it, just a few minor issues."
