Good hotel for a night stay, right off route 1 and close to many restaurants.

Cockroaches and mildew smelling rooms, waiting for service at the first desk is always a test of patience . Charmin, Keshia, Nate,Taj and the lightskin girl that normally works Monday-Friday with the box braids made this place worth dealing with . Charmin is an absolute breath of fresh air and should honestly be the GM or the manager of this establishment. There is another lightskin lady who works there at the front desk she has sister loc twist in her hair she comes off as polite however I think she picked the wrong job and should apply as a news reporter . If you want to know the business of every person living there, the company issues as well as personal conversations she’s the one to tell it . I find it HIGHLY unprofessional to discuss such things in public view or to be that loud in an office with an OPEN door . Instead of minding everyone’s business she should really learn how to be at the front desk and do her job such as washing linens and tending to guests with a PROFESSIONAL TONE in a TIMELY MANNER not everyone having to go on a seek and find just to get her to do what she’s employed to do . Shame on the company itself to have roaches, bed bugs and mildew though

Nyesha Howard she works above and beyond very helpful to me she talks in a respectful way. She’s definitely a people person she compensates makes me feel really happy and joyful to come to West Windsor extended stay she’s great she’s wonderful. She’s awesome. Such a phenomenal worker I would give her 100%.

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE!! I should have listened to some of the reviews myself. Extended Stay? These rooms aren't equipped for a 1 night stay. There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in the kitchen. Nothing but empty cabinets and drawers that is. Every extended stay type hotel I have stayed at in the past has had some pots and pans to cook, some forks and knives and spoons to eat with, and even, get this - some plates to eat off of and glasses to drink from. This place ? Absolutely nothing. And better bring your own ice because all you get is 1 ice cube tray, which of course isn't full when you check in so you have to wait 3 or 4 hours for ice because there is no ice machine. And they don't even have the good sense to have freezers equipped with ice makers - which of course real extended stay type hotels have. Don't bother complaining to the front desk, because they won't do anything - they, and I quote, "only work here." Well, duh, that is WHY I am contacting you. YOU WORK HERE! Horribly equipped for an extended stay hotel, and horrible service. The room was reasonably clean, so that is why there is a 2-star, and it did have facial tissues, which apparently are a luxury in hotels these days. The location is secluded, not easy to find with a small sign at the entrance and if you miss it the first time, you have to fight Rt 1 traffic for a couple u-turns and 4-5 miles and hope you don't miss it again. Not worth it.

Unsmiling welcome at the frontdesk. Instructions given by a person who spoke very quickly and was clearly unmotivated. Old, no amenities, mediocre breakfast, no ice machine, no ice, kitchen without dishes or utensils (you have to ask the concierge). Not worth the Price paid

I enjoyed my stay staff was great location was good room was clean bed was comfortable bathroom nice size they have complementary breakfast
